"The first day I’ve arrived at late night and the bedsheet was super dirty and there was hair on my pillow, it was so obvious that they didn’t change the sheet after the last person used the bunk, also there wasn’t a cover for my blanket and the blanket was also dirty the next day I went to the reception and I made a complaint and they replied that maybe someone was sitting on my bed or something, then they cleaned it, on the next day I was on the room while the cleaning lady was making the room, she only cleans the floor and the bathroom.. the location is superb it’s in the center of the center "

"Black Swan Hostel has a great location. It’s within walking distance to most tourist spots. If you’re going to Granada, the hostel is also near the central bus station. The staff spoke english, were nice, and accommodating. The area is safe despite the hostel being in an isolated area beside the main roads. My only issue is that I wish the airconditioning was automatic. Having lived in a tropical country, and due to the fact that it was the peak of summer when I visited, I always turned on the air conditioning at night. But when I wake up, I’m all sweaty because someone turned it off. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay at the hostel. They store your luggage for free unlike most hostels. If I would go back to Seville, I’do go here again."
