Traveling to Spain? Find Tenerife hotels

We were first put into an apartment right in the middle of the seating area of a bar, however as it was late when we arrived we decided to ask for a move the following day. The lady on reception was very kind and found us a room in block c away from the bars which we moved to once we had paid 30 euros for the staff to clean the room which we had slept in for the night. The room was large with televisions both in the living area and in the bedroom there was plenty of storage space a full fridge freezer, full oven, 2 sun loungers and table and chairs on a decent sized balcony overlooking the pool. All in all it was a very nice apartment and well worth the extra euros. The staff were very nice and friendly and always willing to help, the bars around the reception area were all very reasonably priced and the food in Pablos was lovely, we had a set 3 course meal for 10 euros each. We would definitely recommend these apartments and look forward to visiting in the future.

Anthelia has a commanding location, huge and well kept communal area, excellent dining facilities. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Two things, though, prevent me from recommending this hotel. One is ridicules, if irritating: doors to shower and toilet are very badly designed. The shower door lets a lot of water into the main area, even if you try hard to avoid splashes. The door to toilet has a little finger thick gap and lets all sound and some smell to reach the main area. But this is a minor issue. The major issue is the noise. Practically all partial see view rooms will suffer from street noises. And most disturbing is the shouts of the staff members who maintain that communal areas. At 7am at the morning you will hear distinct voices, like these people are exchanging some important news right next to your balcony. And windows are very far from being soundproof. We were woken up every day at 7am, even on our vacations, when we could sleep a while longer.

Booked this Hotel as a last minute break over the Easter Holidays, and upon arrival was greeted by a very pleasant friendly receptionist called Loreta. We had booked a Superior Studio and upon check in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom pool view apartment which set the holiday off to a great start. The apartments are spotless and very spacious and the views of the Large Lagoon type pool were fabulous and the atmosphere is so laid back - no screaming and unruly kids . All the staff are very friendly and the lifeguard Roberto ( i think ) does his job very well, trying his best to make sunbeds available for all guests what ever time you arrive at the pool ( so much so that if you have reserved a sunbed early morning 8-9 am and have not occupied it by the time there is a shortage of beds - he will then remove the towels to free up the beds for other guests - it happened to us and served us right really - The poolside bar serves really nice food too. The onsite supermarket although small is so convenient as it is 24/7... I would really recommend this hotel and will definately be returning, next year hopefully. P.S. - it might be an idea to start hiring the sunbeds to guests maybe €1 per bed each day - it would avoid parents RESERVING sunbeds for like 5 kids that spend all day in the pool. I'm sure any guest wouldn't have a problem paying €1 for their sunbed ( apart from knowing that there will be plenty of beds available - as guests will only hire the number of beds they actually need - it would make Robertos job so much easier.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, and cleaned daily. Towels provided could be better. Basically varying shades of brown towel which smelt like they could have been washed more thoroughly. Pools were great as were the staff. Gym leaves a lot to be desired. Staff at the poolside bar are very friendly and it is open from early morning to late evening. Some areas around the hotel could do with renovation and tiles could do with a scrub/power hose. Other than that a cheap, cheerful and pleasant stay.

we visit Tenerife at this time every year and found Royal Sunset beach apartment to be ideal and very much enjoyed our stay. Our apartment overlooked the pool and was perfect as the sun shone on our balcony all day. The only thing that did upset us was the very bad sound proofing between apartments. Our neighbours liked their TV sound up very loud and when I rang their doorbell at 6.40 on the third morning, asking if they could possible turn it down, they did agree to but gave us the excuse that 'they did go to bed very early' !!!!!

We only booked this vacation 3 days before arriving at the hotel, even though there was a few mixed reviews it looked good value for money for a 3 night stay. The hotel is very convenient for Tenerife South airport and we knew that the resort had enough local bars and restaurants to cover our needs for this short break so we weren't disappointed. The hotel is quite large and some people may have difficulty navigating their way around but it really doesn't take long to work out the best routes. There is some building work which didn't affect us. We can appreciate that some may be affected by building works and the smell of the waste water treatment plant on the eastern side of the complex but thanks to one staff giving us room it made sure we had an amazing stay. Being asked to pay 8 euros for two towels even though we only needed them for 2 days use was one of the few minor issues we had, especially when the cost schedule in the room highlighted a daily charge for Diamond or Non-Diamond guests (we were non). Our accommodation was spotless, it had everything and the view couldn't be beaten, especially when you could lie on the double bed with the door open listening to the sea and watching the sun rise. Little Italy is good for lunch and dinner - if you're charging drinks and food to the room make sure you carry the payment slip which confirms you are a guest though. We didn't pay for the w-fi either as it seemed too much for what is considered a free add on in many places across the world. We will visit again!

Just a couple of minus points, 1 The price for use of the safe in the room was over two euros per day, I thought I must be buying it. 2 At breakfast time there was the constant noise of the crockery being handled behind the screens in the restaurant. 3 Information about the Star club was not clearly displayed or understood without asking one of the Star club personnel.

All the staff were delightful from the reception to the waiters and the bar staff at the pool bar and the clubhouse. The complex is very clean and the pools are very nice. Our one bedroom apartment was a little dated as far as the decor goes, but very comfortable with a good bathroom and shower, great beds and a huge patio with table, chairs and a parasol as well as two lovely sun loungers. This was one of the best equipped self-catering apartments I've every stayed in with dishwasher (as well as tabs provided) full sets of utensils and cutlery (nothing missing!!!) and a great array of cups, mugs, glasses and crockery! We would definitely return to this complex if we came back to Adeje - the apartments are in a great location just a minutes walk from the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. Thanks very much to all the staff there for making our stay so fab!

I have visited many hotels around the world and Jardin Tropical will be in my Top 5. The hotel has beautiful design and decor, very elegant and modern with Caribbean vibe. I felt more like in Cancun than Tenerife. Gorgeous pools at the hotel and the other pool just beside the ocean. Smoothie bar, cocktail bars, great restaurants with healthy and modern delicious menus. Breakfast - amazing with great variety of sweet and savoury options - everything you can think of. Even Cava :) Apart from that ,outdoor gym overlooking the ocean with a good choice of new modern equipment. Daily yoga, dance, pilates, personal training for free. Moreover great entertainment, night and day (which is not tacky like in other hotels) but classy and elegant - harp, violin, latin music, saxophone, classy dance performances. Finally, lovely staff who is always helpful and positive. I can honestly say that it was one of the best holidays I had and it felt that the hotel was more 5* than 4*.

Will start with the things that need to be improved : Ordered a Greek yogurt from the room-service menu. It was a very nice bombastic description... And to my big surprise, a half a Euro plastic yogurt from the supermarket came. And the price was 8.50 Euros !! Sent it back to where it came for, refused to accept it !!! When I called the room-service to order food, was told NO ENGLISH... give me a brake, this is a 5 stars hotel. No English ??.... Concierge is only from 9:00 - 16:00 that is too short, for a 5 star hotel !!! If you are very allergic to cats, you my want to consider if you want to stay here. The premises of the hotel, especially the restaurant is very busy with cats. They roam the breakfast restaurant freely and they even gets food in the restaurant plates, from the staff. Now to the good things : The hotel is so beautiful. Rooms are big and reasonably nice. Beautiful gardens and pool and good food in the restaurants. Staff is very friendly, at least most of them. Great location !!

Best option in this area with everything you might need within walking distance (although hilly). There are bars cafes restaurants supermarkets cash machines money exchanges taxis and buses. The pool bar serves a good selection of snacks. There's not a lot to amuse older kids - best for older couples or families with young children. The apartments are spacious and clean. Good water pressure in shower. Big balcony. Having a washing machine was a nice extra. WiFi varied. Will return!

Was slightly concerned after reading some reviews and nearly changed my booking but so pleased I didn't. We all just loved it here. Food great and plentiful even on half board, very clean, staff friendly. Spa was a bonus and very enjoyable. Would have liked music around the pool area but we played our own quietly to add to our holiday experience. Entertainment crew just fab. Literally something for everyone here. Cannot wait to return.

Excellent value, superb position across road from best beach on the island and best beach bar the Monkey beach club. Very clean and to have room maid service daily which included change of linen sheets and towels was amazing for cheap self catering accomodation. Now that entertainment schedule being reinstated and pier restaurant re opened this is an excellent place to stay on the island and we will definitely return.

Great hotel to enjoy swimming pools, especially the biggest infinity pool in Europe. Red Level option will give you more privacy and assurance you will not spend your vacations surrounded by children, which we enjoyed. Hotel rooms are comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Staff is attentive and friendly. Hotel also offers various activities and its choice of facilities is rather impressive.

My sister and I wanted a short sunshine break to lift our spirits before winter set in at home. We booked the Studio apartment at the Suites Beverly Hills expecting it to be cheap and cheerful we couldn't have been more wrong. We were delighted with the accomadation and the hotel. It was Fantastic. The room was spacious and clean and overlooked the pool the balcony was a perfect place to sit after dinner and chill out with a glass of wine. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

the worst part of the hotel is: it has no identity, it could be on the moon or anywhere on the world. it has no beach. you have to drive miles away to get a tiny little overcrowded beach. the stuff is not helping you with usefull informations about spending the week in the best possible way. everything is for money, but money is not always the garantie that you'll get something worth. the neighbourhood is "little england lost in touristic's factory's farm". breakfest is good, but it doesn't change one hair in one week. nightmare on tenerife if it rains. in six days three were rainy.

Las Dallias was in a great central location and the staff were very friendly and helpful..bit like being on an episode of 'Benidorm',but we didnt use pool area etc so no problem.Very efficient,early checkin no problem,breakfast buffet was fab.Not a swanky hotel but very clean and tidy-Really close to shopping and Siam Park which was a big plus..Lots of Brits and many seemed to be repeat customers so must be doing something right.Only went for weekend but suited us perfectly.3rd bed was all arranged at no extra cost.great value.would book again

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The staff were very helpful, the room spotlessly clean and had a good view of the city and the coast from the 6th floor. The elevators travel on the outside of the building giving a splendid view of your surrounds through glasss backed windows. One item I would like to se added to the room is coffee and tea facility in the room! This I expect for a 4 star hotel!
