"The property is very nice especially due to its location and facilities however the restaurant staff needs to be trained properly when the property has more number of guests as it seem like they were not in a state to handle the guests properly. It took ages for them to bring our food order (I am talking about a simple yogurt and fruits as many had fast) . Manager was nowhere to be seen on the floor so we couldn't even complaint to anyone. Checkin also took longer as they didn't reminded about checkout time of 10 AM to guests so the guests were still in the room when we reached at 1 PM and we had to wait till our rooms were allotted to us. Rooms are very spacious and clean with hot water in the shower. The recreational activities for kids are also very good. Property has nice views with big swimming pool. The even have bicycles if any one is interested to roam around the property on them. Except for the restaurant and check-in experience overall stay was very comfortable. "

"During Diwali holiday period even after booking for a Delux Tent and a relaxing break we were in for a shock when we reached at this facility. The owner Rameshbhai Patel first played as if he does not have any information on our booking and then asked as how much have we booked it for, then came the reply “ok let me check” and again after that,for 2 hours were asked to wait and were repeatedly requesting him to provide us room. He once said that he is ready to refund the money,as he has already given our Delux Tents to others at double the rates. There was complete anarchy, the owner has overbooked the facility in festive season and was more interested to make double the money. Please note after the long drives from Ahmedabad and spending time in finding the location which is not very accurately displayed on the route, one may get a rude shock on reaching there. On top of this with the small infrastructure and staff he has invited single day trip people also further creating ruckus "
