Citymax was a clean space by the waters, four malls, a bowling centre and more with an excellent bunch of friendly accommodating staff. The rooms were kept neat, pretty decent view facing the mall, paisa wasool (worth the money) experience due to its very reasonable pricing. A special mention to Prakash Rodrigues (Front Office Manager) who accommodated our requests really well - so did the housekeeping team. Albeit the brilliant quality of service, a few heads up to those looking to visit the hotel - Dental kit & Shaving kit is not included in the room rent - The pool by the gym is great, however, is not very big; rest assured, the staff and the water will help you keep warm and happy

COVID-19 business staycation”
The hotel you see online is the same hotel you'll pull up to. I was greeted by the security who also took my temperature. I arrived at the reception desk. There were two receptionist there. I was checked in, charged, and given the best room in the hotel. At first, I didn't like that it was in front of the elevator, but after seeing the view, I just got on board with it. I was very grateful for every staff member I came in counter with. The housekeeping staff was efficient, helpful, polite, and professional. The room service staff was the same. I'd love for my office to book this hotel again, providing I get the same room. Thank you!
