The best stay in Ooty so far”
Went with family and kids and truly a memorable stay. The staff especially Mr Hari and Prakash, and Ramu were so nice and friendly and welcomed us with a warm note. They took care of us right from the entering the property, letting know us the things available in and provided help with the facilities. Also guided us the places to visit in around Ooty and their club Mahindra properties. Overall it was fab stay for us. Thank you guys! Looking forward to visit another CM property asap

Good property and location ”
The property is good and room is big enough. As we were in Dec it was too cold and heater has helped to the certain extent. Staff are friendly and will help wherever they could. Food is average with less options. As this property is small there isn't any activities like other Club Mahindra resorts.

Good but Attention Necessary”
This is an amazing property that offers best views and spacious accomodation but lacks thereof in terms of other facilities that may bring the club Mahindra brand a disrepute. Although the property is small it would be ideal have atleast a medium sized restaurant. May be because of Covid there was no breakfast buffet spread but what compensates for it is the Ala Carte dishes that are lipsmacking good. Some more attention in terms of the room upkeep and customer experience through the hospitality staff will definitely bring it up the Derby green standards.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Prime location, good food, big rooms and very friendly staff. All in all, a very comfortable stay!

Awsome stay with supportive staff”
Stay was comfortable. Facilities were as par with the rating of the resort. Going with the parameters i want to elaborate on everything. Value for Money: Value for money was at par with the star category. As i visited ooty during the peak hours, so i think the price of the room was more. Location: Location of the resort was mesmerizing. View of Ooty was amazing Cleanliness: The property was clean and well maintained. Rooms were also clean, i just found a bad smell in the bathroom of Room no 1106, but on the next day there was no odor. Staff: Staff was very friendly and supportive. We were served hot cup of tea and trust me the taste was amazing. All the security guards, receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly. Facilities: Facilities were at par with the star category of the resort.
