We stayed at this place for 1 night. The place is very calm and has very easy access to its own neat and clean and so beautiful private beach. The rooms are big and very tidy and has a great view from the balcony. The stay has in house restaurant which serves good food. The place is near to jetty and all tourist locations. The staff is very polite and very co-operative. Always recommend to stay at this resort.

Great beachside stay”
I stayed in semi-deluxe room for a night. Resort has access to the beach and we can sit there for hours. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was good. Most important the restaurant was very good and had good food here.

Great Beach Hotel,Value-for-money with very good room with very good staff”
The property is excellent, one of very few in neil having a private beach access, and lower-priced compared to other similar hotels. It's very close to jetty (15 mins walk). The semi-deluxe rooms are the best (better than deluxe too) as they are newly done with very good interiors, choose only these rooms to stay. The deluxe rooms are bigger but don't have new interiors like semi-deluxe, so look plain. The cottages look good from outside but are very very small, barely fits a bed (which touches external window, less privacy). The staff is very courteous and friendly and arranged bike for us which is tough to get in neil. while many people complain about early checkout time and having to order food in advance, they need to understand that 8am checkout is standard in all hotels in Andaman, as their sunrise is early and they have to coordinate with ferry timing to give rooms to other guests. The food has to be ordered 30 mins in advance as this is not a bustling city, but a small island, they cannot precook food to avoid wastage so they cook to order. we didn't have any issues with food, instead on last day they provided us with breakfast earlier than breakfast timing as we had early ferry. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers, unless they're looking for luxury stay, in which case choose sea shell or TSG or summer sand.

Best place to stay in neil”
This is the best resort you can opt for in neil. It has private beach. The view is awesome. You can relax in the beach at night also. Staff members and kitchen staffs are also humble and co operative.

Everything about this place is great. Food, booze, vibe, location, staff, facilities, is great. We stayed therefor a day and absolutely lived our stay. Rooms are spacious and the beach is just in front. Small and Well maintained property

Near to Jetty & hence near to Bharatpur Beach! Food is Okay Okay, but I found buffet Breakfast to be amazing! Rooms are good and are tidy! They don’t provide In room Dining! Definitely can stay here if coming to Neil island!

They have upgraded my room to Super Deluxe without any cost. All staff is superb & food is also above average. Overall I found this resort best in Neil in my budget with excellent location & beach view rooms.

Room - the deluxe room is a great choice to stay. Food - the complimentary breakfast was great. The manager helped me to have a private dinner in a hut since it was my wife's birthday inspite of having of staff issues Beach- the hotel has a private beach with chairs laid out and a beautiful view. Overall - the place is a steal deal and highly recommended

Coco huts is a humble and cosy resort on Neil island with all the necessary facilities. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. Located close to the centre and jetty, it has a beautiful beachfront attached to the property. The resort also has cute and lovely dogs

The property is at prime location with access to private beach. The complex surroundings with all the coconut trees, swings and benches to relax and sea-gaze, the room, as well as the restaurant is too good as you can see the sea while eating the food there. The Veg thali served is really good and feels like at-home! Reception is courteous! One of the best stays ever!!

BEST resort in Neil Island!!”
Pros: Super friendly and hospitable staff. Clean and comfy rooms Food quality and quantity was up to mark Private beach was just awesome! Very close to the jetty. Will take hardly 5 mins to reach by auto. Cons: One issue I faced was the fan and AC was making too much noise. Otherwise, this is the best budget friendly resort. I would highly recommend it. My rating: 4.5/5
