Privacy”
Checked in to villa with pool however for our unit (room 25), the pool was facing the event hall and on the day of our check in, an event was ongoing. Felt a bit uncomfortable while enjoying the private pool as it was just beside the hall. Maybe management can upgrade the unit to make it more private. Otherwise, is a beautiful place.

Calm oasis”
Fabulous "get away from it all" seafront hotel with exceptional customer service. Great for relaxing or winding down - we spent 2 nights after exploring Kuching and the nearby National Parks. Our Ocean Pool Villa was modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. It immediately helped us feel relaxed, and the private infinity pool overlooking the ocean was great. Very much enjoyed watching, from the pool, the wildlife hunting and scuttling along the beach as the tide came in. Beautiful vibrant blue kingfisher was the highlight, plus the aggressive small crabs who were very comical. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent with a range of freshly cooked and baked options. If you are looking for a relaxing short break in Sarawak then Cove 55 is a top option.

Enjoyed my stay!”
The view was spectacular at the swimming pool area. Don't miss the sunset. The room was cute and cozy. Loved the bathroom too which was clean, spacious and homey. The staff were friendly and helpful too. But i tot the food could be better. But no complaints. I will definitely be back! :)

Wonderful Stay”
This is the perfect hotel to rest and unwind. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are extremely comfortable with beds you don’t want to get out of! Food in the restaurant is both delicious and well cooked. But the absolute jewel in this place’s crown is their staff! I can’t give enough praise for all of them. Extremely friendly, helpful and kind with no request too difficult. Overall we had a wonderful stay here and hope to return again in the not too distant future!

Excellent”
Excellent resort for a getaway. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was suitable for kids as well as adults. The cocktails prepared by Kippel were out of the world, must-try the drink called Kechala. The staff were very friendly, and I was lucky to have met the owners of the resort, and had great conversation with them. Breakfast spread was good, with many western and Asian options to choose from.

This is a fantastic hotel that I have ever seen. Amazing sea and Mountain View with pool and cafe just beside the beautiful scenery. Beautiful room with great sea view Wonderful buffet and main course in morning and got lots of vegetarian nutrition choices,very generous.Nice vegetarian food.(can request) Nice staff and good service. Nice environment and 24 hours pool and gym Centre. This hotel won the world’s luxury hotel in year 2014. I really enjoy my stay there,highly recommend to come and enjoy your wonderful holiday.

This enclosed resort is an absolutely the hidden gem of sarawak. If you want a private, quiet getaway surrounded by nature and the breathtaking Santubong sea view, this is an ideal resort. The service is 5 stars, room is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and the staff is very helpful & friendly. Will definitely return soon .

Best in Kuching”
While it's probably one of the most expensive in Kuching, the quality is excellent and well worth the money. The infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the south China Sea. The service of the staff was attentive and catered to our needs. Thank you Cove 55 for the wonderful experience at Santubong.

A nice place for a short getaway ”
Such a nice place to stay, if you're looking to go for a staycation 1 or 2 nights. The room is clean, even the balcony is spotless. In-house food is nice, and all the staffs are polite and respectful. Be reminded that there's no TV in the room, but what's the point of having such a beautiful view if you're gonna stay in the room all day. Worth it with the price paid for.

My children love the two rooms villa. They have enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Personally i would say that it would be even better for couple cos of the privacy. The villa itself is so comfortable till u can spend ur whole day in. Breakfast is fantastic. No complain at all.

Recommended Hospitality ”
Value for money stay-cation in Kuching. Highly recommend this hotel for families and couples and suitable for families with kids. *Travelers who loves to go sandy beach will not be able to do so.* This is an enclosed resort with the salt water swimming pool instead of ordinary pool (quite special). Able to view sunrise from the seaview balcony room (only 3 rooms) facing east direction but best location to view would be pool side, villa, and water pavilion.

An amazing experience”
I never knew such a hidden gem would exist in Kuching. The resort is just something out of this world. I love the white walls and landscaping that is done. There's plenty of facilities to be enjoyed, and last but not least, the staff is incredibly helpful. I came to Kuching with a tight and complicated work schedule and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I don't often write reviews but this experience had been so amazing, I felt like such a review is due. I hope to revisit this place again someday!

This was and excellent holiday”
We felt really welcome at the resort. The staff took extra effort with our meals as we were vegetarians. They even managed to specially craft a vegetarian menu for our 25th wedding anniverary dinner and prepare decorations on the table etc. Upon check in to our garden room we found that the door lock was faulty. They immediately upgraded us to a balcony room where we stayed one night. We found that the rain shower in that room was not operable but decided it was a small matter and ignored it. When we were at the pool the next day, the House Keeping Manager came to see us to find out how the room was so I just mentioned the shower but not expecting them to do anything. However when we returned from the pool area the girls at the reception requested that we wait there for the House Keeping Manager who then offered to change our room again and we were offered their mangrove villa which we did not prefer as we liked the current sea view, and she subsequently gave us the sea facing corner suite which was really wonderful. This was a very nice gesture on the part of the hotel and I must say they stole our hearts. The climax of the stay was the arrangements made for our special dinner which was really unexpected. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to stay. Kuddos to the Hotel Manager, F&B Manager, House Keeping Managers and all staff and do keep up your motivation and fantastic smile and service. I do hope that you open the SPA soon and create some activities such as the river cruise, museum visit, etc., to encourage guests to stay longer with you. We would have loved to spend more nights there but it was a long way from Kuching and the activities there.

Amazing stay”
We stayed here on my wife birthday. Staffs were polite and very helpful. Spacious and clean room with modern touch. After we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, my wife accidentally fell off because the hotel lawn was so dark due to no lighting at that area. My wife had sprained ankle and injured her knee. Told the staffs about that, and they already brought up the lighting issue to the management. Just be extra careful when you walk at night. Overall, it was a nice stay.
