ANNIVERSARY STAYCATION”
Hi I am writing to extend my compliments to Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for making my stay exceptional. I want to shout out her service, Miss Grazel was our first point of contact. She attended to our check in, swift and professional. Explained to us breakfast , room service , pool and gym reservation and some services that we may experience differently as compared to before Covid. Upon understanding its our special day, she set us up for late check out got us a room upgrade. We really appreciate what she did, we enjoyed our late check out by soaking in the hot tub until the last minute. When we were inside they set up a little surprise. A little cake for us. Thank you for this gesture. Thank you for recognising this special day with us. We got so much more room amenities like 8 bottle of water in the room , extra towels. As there are reduce house keeping frequency to encourage lesser contacts. Everything is comfortable trust me. From the shower pressure , hot water heating , Bedding , pillows , bathrobes , aircon temperature , shower amenities from this world smell exceptional. Sofa , clean carpet flooring in the room. Breakfast is ala carte and super nice . Really hands down to their breakfast. Qr code menu ordering , unlimited. We tried everything on the menu. Really top notch Will visit again Make me forget covid is around. I feel so safe eventhough there are flight attendants crew around. As some may worry the imported cases of covid. In crowne plaza there's nothing to fear. Thank you for this experience. Thank you Miss Grazel.

Don’t stay anywhere else for a short stay”
Sarah and I are lucky enough to travel through Singapore once or twice a year for holidays and always break up our trip with a night or to in Singapore. If you are doing the same, this is the only place you need to consider. From stepping off the plane you can be showered and fresh for a night in Singapore in 30 minutes. Train station is two minutes from the hotel or an endless array of taxis, grab etc will have you wherever you need to be in minutes. The staff are exceptional and do all those little extra things that you hope for, but in most hotels are not delivered. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need, including quiet, which is impressive considering you are next to the busiest airport on Earth. The food is delicious and the facilities first class. I could go on, but you get the idea. Stop reading and start booking. If you can get a room facing the pool all the better. We actually stayed here again just last week and will be back in a week or so. I’m already looking forward to it. We actually now use the Changi as the gold standard against all other hotels should be changed. Few make the grade. Noe, go enjoy your stay.

A truly commendable stay! ”
The check in was smooth even though there was a system glitch on the 11 Aug at 5pm. The service personnel was honest and quickly get us to seat while we wait. He served us drinks and made sure we were well taken care of. He also kept us in the loop by letting us know once he knows the rooms which were ready, we will be inform immediately. He was tactful and my husband was pleased with the honesty. The room in essence was clean and I am sensitive to dust which I will react by sneezing and red bumps appearing on my cheeks. This place, none! I give it a thumbs up. The other room services is good too. The staff made sure I answer the door and with a bright smile letting me know if I need to clean, if there are anything I need or if I find anything not functioning. How rare it is for cleaning personnel to ask these questions tactfully in the morning! The pool personnel/bell boy are all polite and greeted everyone- we went thrice in a day. Good job in staff training, Crowne Plaza!

Staycay was fantastic ..”
With Covid19, the only place close to traveling is Changi Airport...its good to feel as if we are walking around in the transit hall, especially with all the travelators :) And listening to the occasion sound of the airplanes. For a hotel to be right in the middle of the airport, sound proofing was good as we barely hear any noise from inside the room. The walk from hotel to Jewel or to the other terminals was a breeze and we walked 2-3 times each day during the 3D2N staycay! Jewel's selection of various eateries and shops were without any doubt, first class. Hotel's check in was efficient and good, Mustafa gave good advice on my queries. Room cleanliness was superb, asked for extra towels and were promptly delivered. Very accommodative team and good service throughout my stay. Only downside - No complimentary parking, but hotel offered a discounted parking ticket at $25 for 36 hours. So that was quite good. No more buffet breakfast, but ala carte, however the selection was quite limited. But again, staff serving us during breakfast were super attentive and helpful. Good job to all the staff at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport!

Friendly Staff & Great Staycation”
Stayed here for my husband's birthday and we had so much fun. They gave a delicious complimentary cake too! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional. However, we still could hear the aeroplanes taking off (obviously!) even though our room weren't the runway room. So if you are light sleeper, I suggest that you request a room further from the runway. The room is clean and very comfortable. It gets really cold at night even though we've switched off the aircon. The swimming pool was awesome, its on a first come first serve basis with a max pax of 20. I would definitely stay here again, no doubt. :)

Love this hotel so much,! this is the 2nd time we stayed within 2 months. After staying at some orchard hotels, the size of the rooms we got in crowne plaza are always relieving. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are always nice and helpful, and the location... you can never beat it. Staying here definitely reduced the stress in the morning of flight check-in day. You just need to pull your suitcases thru the hotel's 2nd floor entrance which connects to the T3, and finding skytrain to T1 and T2 nearby if needed. And Jewel mall? You can go in and out anytime you want via the tunnel or using the skytrain to T1 if cant walk tht much. Very convenient!

Helpful staff, clean and large room”
The staff was very helpful. There was a queue when we were checking in and one of the staff offered us cold mineral water and ushered by mum to the sofa to rest while I completed the check-in. Another staff who assisted me with the check-in patiently explained the breakfast arrangement and how to logon to the free wifi. We stayed in the King Bed Premier room which was very clean and spacious. There are usb charging outlets at the desk and next to the bed. Breakfast was good and the staff checked that we were all right and if we needed more coffee or tea. We enjoyed the dim sum, cheese platter, fresh fruit, eggs benedict and scrambled eggs.

Good stay”
Staff at the reception was clear and friendly during check in. The gentleman who was roaming around the area usually tends to my needs. He was helpful and friendly. Granted a higher floor which was requested. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities however were basic, no comb or shaving kit like some hotels. Although they were fully stocked for my 3 nights stay so i didn’t need to ask for housekeeping service. Pool was excellent. Gym was definitely a good size and decently equipped. Wifi was good and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet stay thanks to the comfy bed and 4 pillows.

Great Services and experiences”
Booked a room for birthday staycation. The hotel greeting us with a birthday cake which was already in the room. I am impressed by their services, facilities, cleanliness, location, friendly and helpful staffs especially Mr. Mustafa, the one welcome us and an uncle who running the floor at the breakfast place. We wish to stay a little longer an hour but were refused due to high accommodation demand on Tuesday. By the way, we enjoyed the stay and we definitely will come back again.

our 5th time stay in this hotel. it always provide little but yet impt changes to improve the quality of the hotel. i am v happy with crown plaza hotel service. Big thanks to the cleaner that provide extra mineral water to us. We have a good rest with its super fluffy pillow and comfortable bed! we love the smell everytime the cleaner mop the bedroom. 5 minutes walk to Jewel Shopping mall with plenty of eateries to choose from.

Great stay with excellent services and amenities ”
I had to call in to check if I could add a bed for my child for the room that I wanted to book. The receptionist was very helpful and polite, explaining to me the need to get a bigger room in order for them to add an extra bed. Since that phone call, from checking in to checkout, I have experienced wonderful service. The room was big and spacious for the 3 of us. The hotel is near the sky bridge to Jewel@Changi, it took us less than 10 mins walk to get there. We like the gym and swimming pool too, not too crowded and well maintained. The noise from the planes was barely audible and we had good sleep throughout.

Hospitality amidst a pandemic”
We were so tired and weary after arriving from a delayed flight. We arrived in Changi Airport at 10pm and picked up some food to take to the hotel. It was quite a walk from the terminal we were coming from but Elkes the youngman waiting for us in the reception was so cordial and considerate. I think he saw the exhaustion on our face and so he upgraded our room to the suite and offered to give us a wake up call in the morning if we would like to have breakfast before we hop on a plane again. The location was right out of the terminals so it only took us a few minutes to get to the gate for our next flight the next morning with a few more minutes to spare. I hope to come back to this hotel next time and promise myself to enjoy my stay.

Exceptional”
We were there for a surprise bridal shower for one of our friends who’s staying with crowne plaza to get herself prepared for her wedding ceremony. After understanding our plans for the night, the staff who did my booking(i forgot her name) put our rooms nearer to the bride to be in order for us to carry out our plan. She even call us to inform that the bride is on her way up so that we do not bumped into the bride along the corridor. Simple gestures like this leave great memories for all of us. She really deserve an appreciation recognition. Thank youuu so much!

Great location as we were flying out of T3 early the next day. Staff were very efficient and it was a great place to walk out from to see the new Jewel area of the Airport. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. It was the best airport hotel that we’ve stayed in.

During booking, I inform CP that it was a anniversary staycation. But due to Covid-19, there are something which cannot be done like dress up the room etc. But Nithya ( Guest Relation Officer) told me that she will do her best to make my stay a memorable one. Outstandingly good airport hot”
Wow what a fantastic hotel. A welcome retreat for any weary traveller. I only had the pleasure of staying one night but would happily stay longer even if I wasn't stopping over. I had a deluxe room- it was the most impeccably clean , comfortable , well designed accommodation I have ever stayed in. Staff were all very competent and helpful. Super efficient. Choice of room service menu just right and excellent quality of food. Unfortunately I did not have time to enjoy the many facilities at the hotel - spa, pool, gym, restaurants:/bar. It is also connected to a walk way that takes you directly to Terminal 2 so you can there quickly and stress free. Everything has been designed and organised for your convenience. It may be expensive but it is well worth the money .
