We had booked the hotel late night. Through Agoda we got immediate hotel confirmation. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and responsive. The rooms are good, but not great. There are few repair work to be done in the bathroom. Apart from this. Everything was great.

Overall it was an ideal place to stay which felt homely as the rooms were spacious, had a great bar. nice pool and lastly a fine dining indian restaurant which served really good food.

Pros: Everything was great except for the cons below. I loved staying this hotel. Breakfast was good and servers were helpful. Cons: 1)Check-in process was horribly slow. I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes without telling me why. The overall reception at reception was always not so satistying and fast. 2)I found leftover snacks and water in a newly checked-in room. Even much hair in bathroom. Cleaning should be improved.

After my first four day stay in the hotel , i needed to book my next stay after 2 weeks for another 5 days and the Duty Manager Patzer Joshua R , provided me with top-notch service. When i came back to the hotel after 2 weeks , the room was ready but had air-condition issues which i highlighted to the front office and Duty Manager Romika immediately changed my room to serve me better.
