The Best Staycay in KL”
The Suite, already gave me the comfort with it's constant guidance via WhatsApp even though I had not arrived there. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally. The room is impressively spacious with complete utilities and utensils for four. Concierge Mr Kesavan is a helpful man. Security treated me like an embassador and the rest of the guess too. Very near to Patronas and Malaysians' favourite Pelita Nasi Kandahar (I couldn't stop going there during makan time). Also near two 7Eleven and Starbucks white are the important places to me just in case I need something. Via WhatsApp, I received constant guidances and recommendations which are easy to follow and I'm would surely recommend to all t ok visit the Suite swimming pool and restaurant at level 51.. Great views”
We’ve been travelling to Kuala Lumpur for some time, so far this stay provided us the best view in KL as we can see the two magnificent building in a view. The room is clean and spacious. The utilities in room is sufficient. Hair dryer, iron, washing machine, fridge, and etc. Definitely will be back to stay again.

Big Spacious Rooms for your KL Vacation”
If you want value for your money but still stay in a nice location, you should try this place. They have big and spacious room and a nice ceiling to floor windows for that KL city view (no Petronas or KL tower though as we are on the opposite side). We used Grab as our main transpo of choice for convenience and interestingly the travel from hotel to Bukit Bintang/Pavillion area is much faster and cheaper than the return trip. This is maybe because of the route taken going back. If train is your thing, then there is a nearby Monorail station (few minutes walk from the hotel). Will surely get this place again when i go back to KL!

The reason I've been here 3 times!”
It's my 3rd time here (Twice under this company's service). Check-in is very easy. The staff will contact you for details. When you arrive, before parking on the parking lot provided, you need to go to the lobby and take the parking card including the room keys. You can park at the waiting area while doing this. After all settled, you can park your car, take your things, the elevator will go straight to your designated room. The room I took was a 2 bedroom premium, means 1 room with King sized bed (with its own bathroom including a large bathtub) and 1 room with a Queen sized bed. The room's facilities are perfect. You have the cookplace with cookwares, super large refrigerator, laundry with a dryer, high speed fiber broadband wifi, a comfortable sofa on the living room, 2 LCD TVs, and also a side long table on the master bed room for you to place your laptop and do your work. Room service is available everyday, 10AM onwards. You can call the staff if you need any assistance. They will try their best to help you! The main attraction here is the infinity Swimming Pool! You can see from here all the 4 most tallest building in Malaysia (KLCC, KL Tower, TRX and Merdeka 118) on a single panoramic view! Finally, it's the location. Located at the heart of city (Jalan Sultan Ismail), it's near to all tourist attractions including top-notch shopping malls. The price? I can promise you, it's insanely worth it!

Affordable and Clean!”
This is my honest review. I'm very impressed with the apartment. Very clean. Spotless. The apartment is large and minimalist style. Bathtub can fit 1 adult and 1 kid easily. Bed sheets is also clean. They even provide fork, spoon and also knife. Cutting board also have. The check in check out procedure is easy. The location is also good near Kampung Baru so easy to go eat. I would definitely stay here again as long as they don't increase their price. Hehehe. Overall, definitely 10 out of 10 stars for this.

Infinity pool with one of the best view in KL”
Very spacious. The master's bedroom and bathroom especially the bath tub was great. Unfortunately, the view of the Petronas tower is kinda blocked because of the new development. However, this still got to have one of the best views you can find in KL. Expect the pool to have a lot of people. Their staff is also great and helpful.

Check in is a little bit of extra work since it is a suites type managed by third party but the staff in charge were responsive and helpful. Room is super clean, spacious, quiet and good for business traveler. Location is strategic.

A bit of Confusion as the name in Agoda is Deface then the Hotel sign shows The Face. Also was only informed of the deposit and checkin form etc at the very last minute like the next day checkin then the day before then started to receive request for deposit, forms and docs to be provided. Also the rooms w the same number the only diff was the alpha before the number and we didnt realise that! OMG☝️

Booked 3 rooms for family. VEry attentive team handle my booking. Start from booking until checkout. VEry good value. Location is exceptionally good. Near public transport, KLCC, Pavillion, Kampung Baru etc. 5mins from monorail and LRT. Just around 10-15mins walk to KLCC. Rooms if exceptionally good. Large area. Suitable for family of six with 2-3 kids. Beautiful pool view. Recommend!

So much space and incredible views.”
Our apartment was huge and looked just like the online photos. Some signs of wear and tear but nothing to spoil the experience. The pool views were sensational, and there were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. Check in was a bit confusing as there are so many different desks, but staff are on hand to help out. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional”
The suite was cleaned and spacious. We were on the 46th floor. It has nice city view. The pool was closed during our stay which was suck. The building has a restaurant called Deep Blue, they offer delicious food with twin towers view. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time before the best seats are taken.
