One of the best resort of Coorg/Kushal Nagar. Our experience was awesome......great ambiance.....nice collection of beautiful flowers. I booked a room for 3 with extra bed. But after arriving there, realized extra bed won't be needed. I informed hotel staff and got my money back within 7 days with no hassle.

Wonderful stay in spacious rooms with amazingly spacious bathrooms! Good location with a lot of nature all round. The Chef and the caretaker ensure that your food needs are met well. It would be great to have a little more variety in the menu, but given that this is a small place with limited rooms , the spread is sort of adequate.

At the time of booking we booked with amount 18000/-. And as always it shows with tax only. Coorg is famous for their hospitality, but here i was not satisfied with the hotel staff. they do not understand half of the things and are very slow. But Location is great - in lap of nature, food was good, rooms are also good.

In name of extra bed, i got extra mattress only. it had to be very clear in booking receipt by mentioning extra mattress not bed

We were a group of six. Though the rooms itself are just average because of the frequent power cuts and the incests the hosts and the location completely makes up for it. The hosts went out of their way for us including organizing breakfast early in the morning because we had to check out early. Will definitely stay in raj estate again.

The Deluxe AC room I booked was big and spacious with a small balcony open to greenery. Room has large king size bed, sofa set (one 3 seaters and 1 single seater) with a table.
