I must say that this is a big hotel which has capacity to be a luxury hotel but is being maintained worst possible. It has one of the best food menu of south indian food I have seen in hotels. The sheets were stained, there were really bad odors in the bathroom, the staff at the reception was not professionnal, there were bugs during the night (bed bugs or something else in the bed) because I had bites everywhere in the morning. The food was expensive but at least it was good. Not a good experience AT ALL. And so expensive !!!

Pandey ji at the reception desk made sure that we had no problems. All the staff members were well behaved and very grounded. There was a small hiccup which was manageable. Food is very good and very economical. I would be staying at Manas Continental whenever I visit Gorakhpur.
