          Nice hotel in a decent budget ”

          Hotel is located in model town back side of mall road Manali. Location is good considering proximity to mall road but bad as hotel is surrounded by septic tanks. However, I will still recommend this hotel considering it's budget price point & very decent ambience of building & luxury rooms. Food is great and service is very good. They allowed us early check in and even packed breakfast for us when we were getting late in the morning. I am fully satisfied with the service, 100% value for money.

          Pros 1. New hotel 2. Daily room service 3. Staff are more polite 4. Manager is very nice and supportive 5. Complimentary Breakfast with minimum 4 to 5 items 6. Hygienic and tasty food 7. In house restaurant, with modern look 8. About 700 mtrs to mall street and hidimba temple. 9. Price is very reasonable as per their facility 10. Accepting earlier check in with out any extra charge For room heater have to pay extra. Lift not available, but not a big problem

          Nice hotel with great view and friendly staff. Food also delicious and reasonable price. Very close to the Mall road. Specious room with hot water and tea coffee making facility. Only disadvantage is the road entering to the hotel. SUV type vehicle hardly can come. They have own car park.

          Rooms were good and clean. Bed sheets & blanket covers could be slightly more cleaner. Location may be a concern for many as quite narrow for big cars, although our Innova managed to go through. Good food. No 'lift' though only stairs till 4th Floor.

          Good Hotel but for below important facilities you have to pay extra charges. 1- Heater 2- Mineral water Bottle once a day only one bottle for two persons after that chargeable 3- No Hand wash,Soap or Shower gel provided. 4- Kitchen not functioning properly if you have to Dinner or Lunch at Room you have to tell them in Morning. 5- Location was not Good if You are Couple Travelers you have to come back rooms before Dark.

          Don't go with google reviews”

          Chose this place after checking the google reviews but the perception about this place got changed after sometimes, staff behavior was pathetic, you won't even get the warm water during peak winter time (when there was a snowfall), there was no power back up and no room heaters, don't order the dinner from their kitchen as the food tastes very bad.
