great city find”
Booked hotel for situation and it did not disappoint. Access to MRT direct from hotel. Tourist travel card at 30SD with 10SD returned at airport was a bargain not to be missed. We used the MRT with ease in every direction. Trains were on time, easy to access and clean. China Town and Little India were so easy to get to. The hotel staff were well trained, easy to communicate with, very pleasant, polite and helpful. The room was large well equipped and clean. The en suite was great, plenty hot water and towels. Towels for the pool were also provided, together with bathrobes and slippers and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon swim. We did not eat in the hotel but it's happy hour drinks were appreciated. We loved this hotel and it made our stay in Singapore even more enjoyable. A definite booking should we ever return in the future.

Best Spot”
This is my first time staying in Dorsett. I just read reviews and most of them said this place is quite good. So we gambling at first to stay in here. When we arrive, i guess my gamble is quite good. This place have excellent location. Even they have their own lift to the hotel. And then near chinatown and harbourfront. The place we stay was deluxe, not to spacy, kinda narrow if u travel with children. But still oke for me. The bed was clean, and the staff was helpfull too. But for food i cant give any opinion cos I'm not take the breakfast set lol, the swimming pool also we cant try bcos limited time holiday hahaha. But overall, i really really recommend u guys to stay in here, especially for honeymoon but also for family with kiddos is nice too.

Great hotel for families”
I initially booked at C******** H**** because of the nice photos posted in your website. But things got worse when we checked in and went inside the room - the hotel is in poor condition!! I called the customer representative of Agoda and she was fantastic in helping us. It was my first time to travel with my family and I did not want them to have a bad impression of our trip. I took photos of the room and the agent must have realized how dreadful that hotel was after looking at the photos I sent! As soon as got it cancelled, I looked for a different hotel. I have been looking at 5 other hotels at that time and I decided to stay at Dorsett Hotel. We paid an extra charge but for the comfort and peace of mind of my family, the hotel was worth it. I applaud your agents for the amazing service. Being a hotelier myself, the service shown by your agents who assisted me during the entire process was excellent!

THE BEST HOTEL NEAR OUTRAM MRT NEAR EATERIES BEST STAFF”
THe hotel is really conveninetly located. value for money. Very clean and very fragrant reception area. Near OUTRAM MRT few steps away. We were allowed early check in at 9am since we had a very early 3 am arrival. The staff were really helpfull. I commend Darius and Miss Aira for being sooo helpful even for booking our grab to the airport. You can also hae ur luggage stored after check out. Over all excellent service. bathroom really clean. high presuure water. sheets smell good. bed so comfy and fluffy pillows. the housekeeping staff wee ery prompt for any request. best hotel.

Great hotel,great staff,great view,great location”
The hotel is located about 40 metre from mrt and bus stop . There is personal lift from mrt to Dorsett and Easy to find hotel. Easy to take the mrt from The airport. Near china town. Near bayfront. You can left the luggages here for free. We have to deposit 200 singapore dollars when we checked in ( 4 days 3 night ). View from my big window is very nice. The room is clean . Bed and pillow is comfortable. Staffs are nice. Especially Mohamed the porter, he is very hospitality, helpful, very very nice. We feel comfortable here and wanna come back here again next time.

Great location in Chinatown, connected to MRT station, clean”
The location was great, especially if you love food. The hotel is literally connected to an MRT station, which is extremely helpful for getting around Singapore. 3 min walk to lively street with many bars/restaurants/nightlife on weekends, 7 min walk to large hawker center, 8 min walk to even larger hawker center in the Chinatown complex and Chinatown area in general. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Our room was surprisingly large. Gym was nice, pool was refreshing in the rain. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Staff - English speaking, helpful and friendly. Rooms - Clean, comfortable King size bed, house keeping was excellent. Facilities - Beautiful pool, great gym, didn't try the restaurant downstairs but I wish I had a second stomach to. Location - Literally is where the Outram RMT is. Cannot go wrong. This station is connected to 2 different train lines too. Stayed for 10 nights or so. Would stay there for life if I could afford it.

A wonderful experience”
I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Dorsett for six nights. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I loved the location. I quite liked the comfortable mattress and pillows, and the shower was very relaxing. The hotel is right above Outram Park MRT, which allows easy access to and from the airport. Chinatown is a short stroll away, and it is quite simple to catch a bus back to the hotel along New Bridge Road if you've indulged a little too much at one of the famous hawker centres. I will be back again.

Great location for train and Chinatown ”
Lovely hotel. Second time staying here. We booked the standard room this time which was good value for money but suggest people pay a little extra for the slightly bigger room. Especially if staying more than two nights. The smaller rooms become a little claustrophobic and one side of the bed has no side table. Everything clean and working. Fabulous shower. Lovely staff. Would stay again. China town is a 10 minute max walk away and lovely for an evening. Train station next door super handy.

Stayed at Dorsett Singapore for 5 days 4 nights with 2 young children. I am so surprised that the room was so spacious and very modern, It was a such a deal for the money I paid. Very happy and satisfied. It's my 3rd time to visit Singapore and this is the best accommodation by far. Location is excellent, from the Airport take MRT to Outram Park and exit at H. There is a direct elevator going to Dorsett from the MRT concourse. However, it is very inconvenient to those who are travelling with strollers, you have to call for the building assistance to use the lift from the elevator going to Dorsett Hotel entrance. Nevertheless, it was a great stay at Dorsett. And oh my kids loves the candies in front of the reception! Thank you Dorsett!

Good location and awesome staff”
Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 5 year old who has specifically chosen this hotel for its loft room. Not Many hotels have king size bed + sofa bed for their loft rooms and this was what drawn us to Dorsett. Hotel is located conveniently next to Outram park MRT station. Lots of Cafe and eateries nearby. Can also travel to HarbourFront or Chinatown (1 stop away). Would also like to mention that the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially jermaine who served us during check in and check out. Also very grateful to the talented hotel staff for decorating our room with a very nice drawing of a girl in party hat celebrating her birthday on the mirror. My little girl wanted me to promise her that we will be back again ◡̈ thanks for making our stay a superb one!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to a metro station. It’s very close to everything central- Chinatown, Sentosa and Downtown. The staff are lovely! It was my husbands birthday and they arranged a lovely birthday cake for him - so sweet. Housekeeping was great, loved everything about the hotel - it made our trip so much more enjoyable and comfortable.

Perfect place to stay”
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to one of the outram park MTR exits, in fact, follow signs inside for Dorsett and after escalators look for a lift which takes you up and out right next to hotel entrance. Hotel is very clean with modern decor. Basic rooms are compact but have everything you need. Lots of places on New Bridge road if you want to eat nearby.

Hotel location direct access from MRT. Crossing by 2lines MRT green and purple. 1stop station to harbourfront(vivocity mall) easy access to sentosa island. Hotel room big enough for 2person. Aircon cold, bed and pillow very comfortable, room very clean. We have compliment for breakfast its awesome, many thanks to the hotel and staff. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Value for money. Great location, just a few steps away from the MRT entrance (Outram Park).Near Chinatown, Clarke Quay, etc. Breakfast buffet is something I looked forward to everyday (bacon!!). Stayed here for 8 days, they were very accommodating with all my requests. Bed is comfortable, and staff is very courteous. Will definitely book here again when I go back! :)

Excellent service by the staff throughout my stay, including the cleaner/housekeeper. I was also allowed to check in one hour before the check in time, and was upgraded to a deluxe suite courtesy of the hotel. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Will definitely choose Dorsett hotel again!

Very happy with the service provided during my stay. The staffs were very attentive and very polite. I have an allergy and sensitive nose. There was a strong smell on the first room given but the moment they knew about this, they immediately change for me to another room which is way much better and I am happy with it. Excellent customer service to the lady at the main door and the front desk lady that did the follow up. Location is good. Thank you for the excellent hospitality... Beautiful hotel!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities and value. We found that we could walk to everywhere and did. The MRT and Bus Terminal is on location too if you choose to use them. Facilities were always clean. Loved the pool on the third floor

This hotel is a great base for travellers super close to Chinatown a short walk where all the good food is. The hotel is the vicinity of 4 great hawkers centers all walking distance. Conveniently located on top of outram park mrt, this mrt will pretty much get to anywhere in Singapore easily. Staff were super friendly, check in and out was swift. The pool was great. However 1 thing con (maybe was just out room) was the aircon was blowing to high even on lowest fan but no biggie! Great stay
