The hotel has good facilities and even organises a puppet show, magic show and pottery lessons for guests in the evening. The rooms felt spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was also satisfactory, Overall a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions (only a short TukTuk ride away from everything) but at the same time it's an oasis right in the middle of Agra. It has a very nice rooftop pool with the view of the Taj Mahal, and the rooms are very spacious, clean and bright. The staff is simply wonderful, very kind and helpful and made our stay extra special. Don't miss to add the breakfast which has a huge selection of western and Indian options alike. Hilton-A name that is enough. Recently I stayed there and I must the property is quite big and luxurious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The reception and waiting area was well maintained and we'll decorated. The thing I don't like is that they did not provide any welcome drink to their guest or at least we were not provided that. I felt that it was similar to a 4 star kind of property until I did not have the breakfast and I must say that breakfast was yummy and sumptuous. There were great variety. The other thing I don't like is the service as we said to several waiters to provide us a few items on table and they were like, " yes I will provide." And they tend to ignore you and go away.And then after 10-15 minutes you will have to ask to others to get the same item. That is the thing I did not expect from this property. It was great experience with double tree”
Double tree has its high standard. We really enjoy the room, restaurants and also the proximity to Taj Mahal. The only thing a little bit contrary is, I requested to arrange transport to pick up from train station. Received confirmation about the pick up 1 hr before the train arrival and also mentioned the price for this transport arrangement which is about Rupee 1000. The next day when we check out and I arrange our own transport from hotel to train station- it cost us Rupee 150!!! Big discrepancy and also different car type (a bit smaller). FYI in Agra they have “OLA” which is equivalent to Uber
