Highly highly recommended as it is super super clean and comfort. If 100 points is the full mark, i will give 300 also. Coz they deserve it. The staff name Ms Goh is polite and kind also. Will definitely go back to this hotel when i visit kuantan next round.

Everything is good, staff was friendly explaining how to open the door, where to get hot water, etc. Hotel was clean, room was spacious, comfortable to stay. Not really soundproof room as I get disturbed by baby/kids noise from other guest around 7 a.m.

short stay on a budget”
i love the room. it is spacious and clean. the bed is comfortable . the hotel provide toileteries , tea and coffee sachet. hot water is from the dispenser just outside the room. local tv channel.is ok. the hotel is brightly decorated too instangram worthy. downside is the hotel is a bit far from town but if you have yoir own transport it is nota big issue. it is also on 2nd floor of the shoplot and you need to climb 2 flights of stairs not suitable.for elderly folks.

very new hotel. nice and clean room. Downstairs got Chinese restaurant. The only bad point is located at 2nd floor, no lift..need to take stairs.

Huge and clean room”
Room was big and clean. Staff friendly. Although the air-conditioning was leaked when we checked in but the staff help us to changed our room efficiently. Floor a bit slippery. Should have put some floor mat in the toilet too. Suggest to have individual fridge in the room too. Overall satisfied to stay here.
