A pleasant stay at drizzleinn”
I stayed with family for 2 nights and a day. It was a pleasant stay. The locality at which Drizzleinn is located had a good view of the hills, with slight drizzle and temperature around 14 degrees, it was a breathtaking view for the eyes. For dinner, the order is taken around 4.00 PM and food prepared fresh by the cook. One concern was that I booked a deluxe and from the site it was mentioned breakfast is complimentary. But when I went there I had a good room to stay but it was not deluxe and breakfast is not complimentary for the booked package room. So please ensure to check if you have breakfast covered as part of your package and that should be mentioned as part of the invoice. Food is homely. Rest all 👍

To be Honest my stay at DrizzleDrop Inn was a revelation. My stay was much better that what i anticipated. Good ambience, clean stay, great garden to spend time and car parking was available. I really enjoyed my stay there. It's very safe for family

We stayed for 3nights in the only one economy room which is at 3rd floor, single room adjacent to the small restaurant. Very beautiful views from the hotel location. Room Services were prompt and adequate, very responsive staff.good location too, which had great view from balcony. Room is suitable for small family with 2 childrens,or 3 adults.Food quality and taste were satisfactory. There are family and deluxe rooms available for larger families I give 4/5 for only the room size is a bit small, can't move freely if any furniture is placed.

I lived in economy room where I paid around 1k including breakfast. It was totally worth it. Pros: *Big shout out to their complementary breakfast *The room was neat *washroom was very clean *the manager was responsive *The location gives you a scenic view of tea estate and vegetable fields Cons: *location is far away from city centre and it is difficult to locate

The Hotel was changed”
Until reached Ooty, we thought of going to Drizzledrop Inn thinking of the beauty of flowers as shown in the Hotel pictures advertised. However, on reaching Ooty, we received a phone call from a staff informing that there was no power in the Hotel due to a fire breakout due to rains the previous day. So we had to spend our time in a substandard room provided to us with limitations. Also it is recommended that the management also include in its offers on complimentary breakfast whether it's a pure veg or also includes non-veg like egg. That would keep the pure vegetarians informed on eating preparations.

The hotel lacks essential requirements such as a) Heating (Room heater not water heater) equipment in room. b) Proper breakfast with coffee/tea. c) Proper restaurant with comfortable furnishings d) Unavailability of HOT WATER one particular day due to poor maintenance of water heater. e) The way to location has damaged roads POSITIVES: a) Friendly Manager and staff

I booked room in Drizzle drop Inn Ooty thru Agoda for 2 nights (Family room) check-in 12.04.19 check-out 14.04.19. And in special request i am requested early check-in and hotel management also accepted and they sent return confirmation mail for early check-in. And also to make sure i made call to Drizzle drop Inn on 11.04.19 to reconfirmed my early check-in bcos i traveled with my young 2 kids & my aged parents & this gentleman gave assurance for early check in. But really i faced problem! Not worth for money, Room and facilities not cleaned very well. I don't think they replace the Bed sheet and pillow cover. Sounds penetrating from the other room washroom. Only recommended the food, it's tasty and but no varieties.
