Our room dint have running hot water. The staff couldn't even send a cup of coffee to the room. The AC was rattiling through out the night.

Very Poorly maintained hotel”
Mosquitos, germs in bedrolls, very poor maintenance, almost negligible breakfast, no restaurant. Only the photos post on Agoda and other places are good, rest all is very very bad. Never recommend anyone. Staff was cooperative, but since the management had no interest, they were helpless.

Pleasant quiet street”
Excellent reception / lounge area in well restored Tamil house with antique furniture & super tiled flooring. Two super delux rooms are excellent, well worth it, Two delux rooms are also good bu beware, three rooms are on two floors, small living space downstairs & small bedroom upstairs, Rooms are cramped because of stairs within, so avoid these. My main complaint is: there is NO HOT WATER; not acceptable in view of the price. Another dire complaint is that the fridges that should have been in the room were taken out (from all rooms!) by the hotel owner for his private party & not re-instated. This is a diabolical way to treat clients although the staff made every effort to assist, even letting me keep a few cold drinks in the main kitchen fridge, this is an unexceptable state of affairs..

Very poor value for money”
Overall I wish I had not spent this amount to stay at this hotel, when we had a much better place the evening before. Unfortunately this was fully booked. On check in to the hotel we were given an awful musty smelling room, in which I asked to switch. The room we then had the lights flickered and there was no mini bar or fresh water/toilet paper. We called reception to ask for tea, the reception boy could not understand a word of English. We were told no tea at the hotel. We then asked for the WiFi password in which we were given a wrong password and then told it didn’t work. Overall not good value for money and not enjoyable, as we became very frustrated with the service.
