Usually okay but not for this time. I got room 201. I don't know why cannot watch tv (youtube), line slow maybe. Water heater was not okay, sink pipe cannot close tightly and causes water out non stop. No tissue & small towel provided as always. My room card problem, I need to come down scanning back my card at the counter, down and up using stairs because lift not okay. Too bad experience this time, please improve cause Elmark is one of my favourite hotel. tq

The room was bit small, yet worth the price. Have lift. Toilet is with frosted glass wall. TV only for Youtube and Netflix (own account). Carpark limited in front of hotel. I can say it still convenient for a budget stay. The staff is very co-operative.

Another 3 nights here since previous stay on 2019 December, great value for money, comfortable room, clean bathroom, lots of parking, restaurant is nearby. Suggest to have water dispenser (Coway / Cuckoo) since water bottle are not replenished every day... Anyway, will continue to choose here on next trip to Kuantan!

The hotel facilities good, the room also clean and staff cooperated. Got King Size Bed for my families member. However, space quiet small for family of 5, also the bathroom glass very transparent where people outside the bathroom can see the shadow 😅. Hotel cleanliness is good. Room price range is based on non window. My shower head hose leaking but still can be used. Toilet glass door has less stopper causing water splash into the room and toilet glass partition is semi-transparent..
