The room was beautiful and high quality, BETTER THAN THE PICTURES!!! There was a kettle in the room as I asked. Our room was cleaned daily. The receptionist were extremely helpful and professional. In the bar, I had delicious coffees. I am looking forward to returning.

Even though close to highway, very quiet in our room. Rooms/bathrooms were small but spotlessly clean and excellent clean up every day. An excellent deal for staying in Berlin. Recommended to have a car though as it is a bit out of the way from the main attractions/city center(s). Otherwise, 10min walk get's you to the nearest Subway/Train to go anywhere. Breakfast buffet is 10 Euro, not a bad deal compared to what others charge these days. It's basic but fresh and frequently refilled. Staff is quite attentive and (kid) friendly.

If you need place to stay ”
When I was making the reservation, it was a note, that i will need one big bed. This option was confirmed by the Hotel, but when I was arrived, i was really disappointed, cus it was two single beds, without any connection topper on it, so it wasn't possible to have one big bed. But the room was quite and non-smoking, that was plus for sure. For price that we paid was everything good 🙂

Good hostel for staying”
Hostel a bit far away from the city centre, it will take 30-45 min to the Alexanderplatz. You have both, train and metro 7-10 min from the hostel (it's in the middle of 2 stations). The area is pretty good, you have ALDI near the metro if you need to buy anything. This Hostel is a part of the hotel - it's very clean, both rooms and bathroom, and they are cleaning it every day. Another side of it - there is no kitchen if you want to cook something, but they can provide hot water and spoon/fork/knife if you need. They are providing breakfast for 10 euros and have a bar downstairs. If you are going together and booked a double room with 1 bed - mention it during check-in as well (we didn't and we got a room with separate beds by mistake. It was not a big deal, we just merged them) Except this service is good and very understandable - I couldn't arrive on the first night because of flight and booking was on my name but there was no problem for my partner to check-in.

hotel is really far from center and metro station. isnt a hotel zone o restaurants near. rooms are really complicated to acces because there are intermediate levels without lifts.

Good for driver as free parking opposite , the hotel need to do a major revamp, carpet is super worn and dirty , toilet is broken , a very basic hotel in the 60s. Photo not as what shown in booking site.

Poor service and room smells like cigarette smoke”
Very disappointed with the service I received from the staff. Booked a double room with shared bathroom. Bathroom was locked and room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I told them, the receptionist kept emphasising that I booked with Angods at a lower price and not directly with them. Only after I had complained twice they unlocked the bathroom. Room was not changed. Never again

Comfortable Stay for Great Price”
I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were friendly. Although the bathrooms are shared, I never saw another person using them, and they were kept remarkably clean at virtually all times. The decor of the hotel is also trendy and cheery. Berlin City Messe is an excellent value for your money.

Nice stay”
I stayed in a double room by myself and the oom was very nice. The only thing bithering me were the hinges of the doors, so everytime somebody would open a room door it made pretty loud sound. The house was a bit badly soundproof in general. In front of my window was the city highway which didn't bither me at all as soon as I closed the window. The shared bathroom was clean. They had a nice breakfast. The staff was very nice too, they help whenever they can. The area is very nice, lots of parks and a huge public parking area just acoss the street. I can recommend staying there.

Recommend but need some improvement!”
Location near S and U-Train. In front of the hotel and room building property. Windows can't open because of the noise from the High way. TV ZDF not working! Rest ok!

A hotel for a short stay, in a big city.”
This hotel is located at the outskirt of Berlin, but its very close to the S- and U-bahn, 10 minute walk. And has a very nice and helpful staff. very easy to arrive with a car and has a big carpark at th oposite side of the hotel. The breakfast i very good.

GOOD HOSTEL IN WEST BERLIN”
The location was excellent - within walking distance to both U-Bahn and S-Bahn. My private room (shared bathroom) was very good value for the money I paid - very clean and equipped with a TV and a sink. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the walls were a tad thin so it could be a bit noisy.
