iron- instead telling the customer to go level 1 to iron their cloths why dont you guys put 1 each on every floor hairdryer well bought 1@3 la haha just suggest and dont forgot to put sign whether the customer need to clean the room or not PLEASE overall everything is good✌🏻

Room is clean , but the bathroom door is rusty and need repair. Beside the hotel , is clubbing area so expect the boom boom noise until 2am 🙂.

Nice place with nearby restaurant and convenient shop. The only thing is 1st floor attached with bar/pub so midnight a bit noisy. Maybe can choose to stay at level 5 next time

Quite clean, but if you want the housekeeping to clean your room, dont just hang the notice at your door handle, go to the reception counter to request. i hang the notice to clean the room for two days, when i came back after going out for the day, the room still not been tidied up. Location not too far from convenience stores, if your muslim, you need to walk a bit to find restaurants, but if you are non-muslim, restaurant is just around the corner. parking is limited but i didnt have much issue finding empty parking slot.

My room got mold on the ceiling above my bed which is kinda gross. The room is clean but got a lil smell. The hotel and the area feel kinda gloomy. It's not close to Maluri MRT/LRT station. You have to walk around 20minutes by feet. Just use Grab.

Seriously, this hotel need immediate upgrade & renovations upkeep. I had my worst experience ever throughout my entire life here., the plaster ceiling fall directly into my head. Although it was heavy, it wasn’t hard enough to cause serious injury. Staff on duty that night was friendly and apologetic on the situation. Lucky to get another replacement room. So, I had accepted his apology. To the owner, please reno-upgrade and ensure safety of your rooms to avoid any future incidents.
