Arrived at Villa Poggiale at approximately 745 pm. Hopped out of the car, said "buona sera" and the staff person waiting to greet us never said hello, never introduced even her name (!) and just said, "please give me your documents". I did a double take because that is is unusual and even un heard of. Only when I realized she was in a super rush to leave did it make sense. The villa is beautiful but it suffers from a critical defect: you can hear the cars on the road outside and that kills the vibe. That and poor staff
