Great hotel in a fantastic location”
The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the facilities are great. The hotel is located 2 minutes from a main station allowing for easy access and travel through the city yet you wouldn't know as there is no noise once you are in the hotel. The breakfast is also worth having. A great selection to choose from all freshly prepared and regularly replenished. There are restaurants takeaways shops and bars right on your doorstep and most of the cities attractions are within 5 minutes walking distance. For couples families or single travellers..... anyone wanting to see the city this is a quality hotel in a great central location.

First time in Berlin”
Had a fantastic time both at the hotel and in Berlin. The hotel's location is fantastic, near to the Friedrichstrasse station and underground and only a few minutes from the beautiful river spree with its excellent trips through the very heart of Berlin. We walked to check- point charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. The breakfast at the Eurostars Berlin Hotel was terrific, as was the service. We also enjoyed the wonderful piano playing in the lobby during the day. Our thanks to the Hotel for making our stay in Berlin so enjoyable. We are looking forward to revisiting the wonderful city of Berlin and staying at the Eurostars Berlin Hotel again.

perfect, completely new hotel and good value”
This completely new hotel located in the heart of Berlin, just 2 minutes walk from Museum Island and Unter der Linden. Directly in front of the hotel - station Friedrichstrasse, from which you can easily go anywhere in Berlin. The hotel is a modern building of glass in a high-tech style. On the ground-floor lobby is located mid-size atrium, which houses a bar and computers with free internet access. We got a room overlooking the atrium, which we really liked, because the room was quiet, and we were able to observe the movement of people in the atrium, and also - through the glass windows at the entrance to the hotel - see sweep past the train. Rooms are true luxury, large, new, in perfect condition, with large windows from floor to ceiling. Beds are large and luxurious. Next to the window - the seating area with table and two chairs. Design - in the style of modern luxury, with a predominance of warm colors. As for service, it was standard, but there are no claims to hotel staff. In addition to the check-in and check-out, we spoke with receptionist only one time when he helped us to print boarding passes for the return flight. We did n't use breakfast and restaurant in the hotel, but nearby there are many coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants, including the Block House, where we dined very tasty. The hotel is surprisingly cheap for a 5 star hotel with very central location. I think this is one of the best hotels in Berlin, in terms of price and quality.

No one couLd choose a better Location than in Mitte. It is surrounded by many sites and the main Lines of any MRT use. The Location had many great shops which one shop had the best Fish n Chips I had ever eaten. He gives a Lot of sauce with the purchase for 4.50€. I feeL it is not necessary to eat hoteL food in BerLin, for there are so many great restaurants, so I did not try this hoteL's food. The hoteL was great. The size made me feeL great as it ensured me that there is depth in the environment. For exampLe, my room was the Last door which is a minute or Longer waLk from the eLevator and I waLked to what seemed the biggest room on that fLoor (according to the fLoor pLan) The rooms were spacious that I couLd exercise comfortabLy and the windows are doors :) Great view of a Library ! On the top fLoor is a smaLL gym with a sauna (cooL) It is so coLd in BerLin that it feeLs good to warm up. Next to the Sauna is an indoor pooL with a big gLass window of the outside, but yet inside of the hoteL. It seems Like a unique way to make a pooL room, but I did not swim. I wouLd definiteLy go back to this hoteL because of the great Location and the room.

very comfortable and relaxing stay”
We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Eurostars Berlin. Two saunas and swimming pool made this stay perfect. The room was big, the bathroom really nice with a comfortable bathtub. The hotel is centrally located. The charges for the parking lot are quite high (20€ per night) but if you are lucky you'll find a parking space outside the hotel. I definately would recommend this hotel for someone who wants to stay in the city center and who wants to relax after an exhausting day.

Excellent Service, Very Comfortable”
We loved our stay at the Eurostars Berlin. Our room was very comfortable, clean and a good size. We enjoyed a lavish breakfast in the hotel restaurant each morning (buffet style). The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location is a bit tucked away and not scenic, but it is right next to a train station and a short walk from the main attractions. The hotel has a wonderful pool and fitness centre. Overall it was very good value.

Decent hotel with good location”
All in all I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located right next to the S-bahn lane in Mitte, and you can easily get around in Berlin. The room itself is nice and the bed is quite large. The pool was nice located at the top floor with a view of the hotels backyard. Although I have a few drawbacks. - The minibar was extremely expensive, had a couple of beers and ended up with a relatively large bill at the check-out. The price for the minibar items where not specified. - The receptionist tried to charge us for rent of a power adapter 20 euro! (a US one, I'm European). I told her I didn't rent it, but she had to ask all my fellow travelers(!) - The receptionist where in general a bit rude and not very friendly. Had to fill in a large form when arriving (Haven't I all ready done this when booking the room?) Despite the drawbacks I would recommend the hotel if you get a decent price. I wouldn't give it 5 stars though.
