I really enjoyed the style of this hotel. The foyer and lounge area had a casual, feel good vibe. Loved my room. I had a single standard and felt i was treated equitable compared to other hotels who treat you with a substasndard quality when you take a stsnard. This hotel treats all customers equally. Not my experience with four star hotel in venice which i pulled them...
I arrived very early to Vienna and was greeted by the Manager, I asked if I could check in early 0800am, and not only did he accommodate me he offered me a better room at no extra charge. I was couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend this for budget travelers who want a great deal. A two minute walk to the Underground station at Rheumann Platz.. excellent!!

little bit far away from train station overall a good hotel with smart self checkin and check out services which u wont see any staff， as there was very smooth for check in and check out ，so i rated 5 star to the STAFF room is so big enough and many utensils are provided，very good
