Außergewöhnlich”

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Und obwohl mehrere Parteien in den Häusern wohnen, ist es ziemlich ruhig. Vonn dem Balkon aus schaut man ins grüne und auch hier kann man seine "Nachbarn" nicht sehen. Man kann auch sehr schön in der Umgebung spazieren gehen.

Perfekt zum Entspannen”

Wir wollten ein entspanntes Wochenende verbringen und kamen hier vollkommen auf unsere Kosten. Das Apartment war sauber, hatte alles was man benötigen könnte, Internet lief bestens und es gab einen Netflixzugang. Die Gegend ist super ruhig ländlich gelegen und man ist in paar Minuten mit dem Auto in der Innenstadt oder zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde dort. Es gab viele Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus und was das Apartment perfekt machte war die Möglichkeit für die Nutzung des Pools und der Sauna. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir beides nur für uns hatten, was für uns einfach ein Luxusgefühl war. Der Vermieter war jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar - sehr netter Kontakt. Schlüsselübergabe lief komplikationslos kontaktlos über einen Schlüsselkasten. Würden das Apartment wieder buchen!
Fällt uns nichts ein. :-)

Top Ausgangslage, im Winterberg und Umgebung zu erkunden.”

Tolle Lage, um sowohl zu Fuss als auch mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir waren von der kleinen Poolanlage sehr positiv überrascht, da neuwertig und sauber. Man konnte direkt vor der Haustür kostenlos parken.
Die ehemalige Golfanlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Unterkunft war völlig in Ordnung! Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt! Morgens Sonne auf dem Balkon, herrlicher Ausblick! Gute Ausstattung!!! Ausreichend Parkplätze!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem „alten“ Golfhotel aus den 80igern. Viele Wohnungen werden derzeit renoviert, war aber nicht belästigend!!

Die Schlüsselübergabe lief Kontaktlos und sehr unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine sehr ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Reichweite von Winterbergs Fußgängerzone. In wenigen Minuten Autofahrt ist man am Erlebnisberg „Kappe“ von dem aus man Fahrradtouren starten kann, oder aber Sommerrodelbahn fahren und viele andere Aktivitäten unternehmen kann. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief über WhatsApp und war sehr angenehm. Ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen. Meine Freundin und ich werden definitiv nochmal dorthin zurückkehren. 10/10

Leider völlig enttäuscht.”

Wir haben die Unterkunft gewählt, da im Haus ein Pool vorhanden sein sollte. Dieser war aber gesperrt und die Information haben wir erst erhalten als wir mit unseren Handtücher vor der verschlossenen Tür standen. Darüber hinaus war das Sofa, welches als zusätzlicher Schlafplatz angeboten wird, völlig durchgelegen und überhaupt nicht komfortabel. Selbst das Sitzen gestaltete sich schwer auf diesem Sofa. Uns wurde eine Rückzahlung von 50 Euro angeboten, wenn wir eine gute Bewertung da lassen.

Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Umgebung, schöner Balkon, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr schöne, saubere und neu aussehende Sauna und Pool.
Sehr dürftige Küchenausstattung (2 Trinkgläser, keine Reibe, kein Schälmesser etc.), Bad oberflächlich sauber, aber bräuchte mal Grundreinigung, sonst alles okay.
