Great hostel in Leipzig!”
It is close to the main attractions and the train station. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, as well as the lounge. The only "issue" is that you have a big luggage or backpack it would be difficult to use the lockers, that are free if you bring your padlock.

What a surprise”
Way above normal hostel level. Well located, beautiful bilding, large rooms, usually 4 bed dorms with bathroom inside and other outside for common use, good brkfst too. Only wifi a bit weak, but conditions all in all very good

The ONLY downside is that there weren't Shampoo and shower gel, also no place to hold them in the bathroom Other than this minor point, this hostel is a solid 10/10

Decent value for money, given its WGT”
We decided to drop by Leipzig to visit our friends only to realise it was also the annual WGT (Wave-Gotik-Treffen) festival period. Glad to find this hotel which was very conveniently located. The entrance was a bit hard to find but it's just a short walk from Leipzig Main Station. Near major attractions and shopping. We like the clean and big ensuite room with comfortable bed and powerful shower. Breakfast was also very good for €5. Overall a good hotel but... (1) There was no place to put our shampoo bottle and soap in the shower, just a funny rod over the shower, which we're not sure was for what. Can't be expecting one to hang toiletry bags INSIDE a splashy shower. (2) The blackout curtain was 3-paneled. Useless for blocking light when we want to sleep in. (3) Would be good to have a kettle and teacups.

The hotel was close to Markt station and the room was clean. But there are not a soap, shampoo, body wash, and hygiene products. The staff were very friendly.

Just okay”
The hostel is located in a very strategic place with easy access to the best sights in Leipzig such as the Old City Hall, St. Thomas Church and St. Nicholas Church. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. However, at night there were people working in a nearby building and talking very loudly. Also, I had problem with my knees and specifically requested for a lower bunk. But the hostel said that they cannot guarantee since they don't give bunk numbers to guests and guests were free to choose. I find it absurd since their beds and lockers have assigned numbers and they could just easily assign guests with a bunk number (as practiced by most hostels). So what's the point of having numbers then in the bunks? I ended up using the upper bunk even if I had knee injury. It's just not very disabled-friendly.

Central location but very bad sleep quality”
Noises throughout the night! Loud noises! 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am, .......... Noises of people laughing, dragging of bins whole night! Other hostels have noise control after certain hours, but not this hostel. Understand that hostel concept is to socialise but it’s also for rest.

perfect base to explore leipzig”
Stayed there for 2 nights in an 8 bed dorm room. Room was really spacious with individual lockers. Bring your own padlock. Bed and pillow was really comfy, the linens were clean. Bathroom was clean. The room could be a bit damp, but you just need to open the window for that. You have electric plug and reading lamp for each bed. Perfect location, right in the middle of city centre, and just a few minutes walk from the main train station. Tram is easy to reach as well. There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby if you want to get food. Staff are really helpful and friendly!!!

The best hostel yet!”
This is an awesome hostel. Location in centre of town easy to get everywhere, fairly new, super friendly n helpful staff, run as a proper hostel with great kitchen and eating area, cheap breakfast and a deposit (refundable) for bedding towels etc. Highly recommend and the best I have stayed in in Germany.

Great location,Clean,all good, service with smile”
First time in hostel, the stay was fantastic, the guy (Sid) at the reception was very helpful - helped me have the iphone charger as I had the UK version of it. The place is quite central. Though could have been a bit better on cleanliness in the room as stayed their 3 nights but no one changed the bath mat. But still good as the property is fairly new.
