Disappointing Front Desk”
Front desk made me wait for about 30 minutes before he could entertain me because he is obviously talking in the phone not for official business. While waiting, someone came after me but was entertained before me. It was just rude!

Average Accomodation and Service”
Booked the hotel during F1 (peak season) and hence price was definitely unfriendly. Check-in was relatively straight-forward, and found out room was smaller than expected. Made a request to possibly change to a bigger room (and paying the extra charge) but was given a rude no. Toilet is bare and basic, and has a washing machine. The room also has a fridge, TV, and an extremely powerful single unit air-conditioning. Given the above, I would recommend this place only as place to rest/sleep. Apart from that, there are other better choices, especially during non-peak season.

Graet location, good room but old bath room”
I feel good, but the carpets are not enough. The furniture generally old specially the bath room. Location is very good. Hotel is unknown for taxi drivers although it is in the center of the city. Generally can be acceptable.

No tuvimos wifi en nuestra habitación, ni fueron capaces de arreglarlo. En la reserva pedimos 3 camas y nos pusieron 2 y una esterilla. Al reclamar nos pusieron otra cama. El personal del hotel era pésimo

まずはagodaさんへ ホテルの名前が違ってますよ！ ‘Flamingo １’ が正式名です。 あと、 agodaさんの登録されてる地図が間違っています！ 今登録で示している場所にはホテルは無く単なるビジネスビルです。 （住所は大まかではあっていますが・・） それによって、今回、３０分ほど町を迷走するはめになっちゃいました。 正直agodaさんに怒りを感じてます（怒） 今後のお客様の為に正確な位置の地図をＵＰしてあげてください ちなみに、ホテルスタッフはあきれてました。。
