Great hotel, wonderful staff and value for money”
This hotels offers a comfortable stay in an excellent location in Lucknow. The staff try hard to be nice, helpful and attentive. I really appreciated the early morning breakfast at 6am delivered to my room. The check in staff were very nice, ready to WhatsApp me when the room was ready (I arrived very early). The room has a fantastic sitting mat under a huge window - perfect to read a book and relax. Loved my stay.

Lovely Location and Facilities”
The property is in a great location near the Lucknow Zoo and close to the famous Hazratganj shopping area. We had one problem with a lamp in the room upon arrival and the mechanic quickly fixed it. Every other part of the facilities was perfect. The room, pool, breakfast... it was all fantastic. We'll be back next time we visit Lucknow!

Everything was well taken care of, especially we were 2 female friends out to explore Lucknow.Although1 small suggestion,can bring some innovation in breakfast,4 day stay,practically the same menu.The dum Biryani, was excellent.truly happy

Enjoyed the stay, staff were very helpful especially as Ola didn't work with UK phone number, they organised the cabs for me. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was good too. Laundry service was overpriced, so walk 400 yards around the corner to the local laundry, but other than that a great hotel

Worst staff attitude I have ever seem”
Worst staff attitude in In Room dining ( room service) and someone in reception, I have ever seen in my life and they don't change even after reporting 4 incidents. They must change their perception about guest or change their job.

Awesome Experience”
We had an awesome experience at this hotel. Entire staff was very helpful except the banquet manager (Shivam). We had a family function with 2 days of stay here. Prompt in-room dining service One this which we liked most was that they have given employment to a lot of specially abled people (deaf etc). I would recommend this hotel but please check your banquet manager before having any function here. My enite stay was managed by Kamlesh &Noor, who were extremely helpful in managing things.
