The stay was very pleasant - the location is second to none and the staff were highly above average in making me feel welcome immediately, smiling and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean. Maybe the place is not as new as others, but it is so friendly and clean that it easily makes up for that. The residents were smiling and you could feel the pleasant atmosphere all over. The breakfast was not fantastic, but there was everything that I needed and nothing but smiles all around - THUMBS UP FOR FRASER PLACE SHEKOU SHENZHEN

It was really a nice experience staying in this service apartment, they had free upgraded for me with 3 rooms apartment which we originally reserved 2rooms'. The room is large, very clean, quiet and relax. Opposite to the Sea World, near to the MTR station which you just need to walk around 5 minutes and there is one 7-11 beside the hotel. Definitely a nice choice to stay while visiting Shekou.

Only Place I Will Stay In Shenzhen”
Frasier Place and the Shekou area is the only place I will stay in Shenzhen. There are many places to eat, fun bars and plenty of activities for any downtime. The rooms are large and more like an apartment. Easy to work, relax or even have a meeting.

Always comfortable and relaxing”
I always love treating myself to a stay here. It really is a home from home for me, not only because you actually get an apartment. It is the best in the area, and one of my favourites worldwide. Good for solo to large families. You can see there are families living there long term. It is just far enough from the nightlife area of Shekou to be utterly peacefully, but perfectly located for the restaurant, bars, subway, and not far from the ferry to Hong Kong and the airport. Also for a hotel in China, it has a great breakfast buffet with decent coffee. This is all too rare.

Fraser Place Shekou is good value and has nice large serviced apartments. Good comfort great internet (even has a VPN) and a fit for purpose gym. It is a family oriented hotel so expect children at play, this is not a huge drawback for me.

Home away from home - apartment”
this is a serviced apartment, and if like me you are stationed long term away from home, having more than a bed and a shower makes the trip so much better. with a dvd player, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine it is little more like a second home. the location is great as it is a short walk from shekou's "seaworld". not a large aquarium, but a collection of international restaurants, bar and live music. unusually for china, the breakfast buffet is pretty good, with real coffee, real juice and decent bread. the pool is nice, and as many families live there long term, it has an apartment block feel rather than a hotel during the day. highly recommended.

Just a short walk away from Sea World where there are lots of foods options. Also very near to the entrance of Nanshan Park. The apartment is clean and has everything we need. The bed is comfortable too. Definitely recommended.

i was in a one bedroom apartment including an open kitchen, a large living room nicely furnished, big plasma tv, dvd etc... fast wifi, with a sea and hong komg view from a large balcony, a very nice bathroom and more. the breakfast (included) by the swimming pool terrass was very good and rich. it worth a 5 stars level accomodation for a very reasonable price about night all in.

I really liked my stay at the Fraser, despite the DiDi 30 minute ride into the heart of the city I would choose to stay here again. The staff is fantastic, really they helped me with event bookings, they found fantastic restaurants for me to entertain at and they connected me with services. They are business friendly. I had zero regrets staying there.

The hotel have no one bedroom apartment available and the front desk gave us the free upgrade to a 3 bedrooms apartment, the apartment is very spacious and clean. The front desk is very helpful to offer to send us to the ferry terminal when we collected our luggage and I asked for the best option to travel to Hong Kong (It was a free ride and saved us a lot of hassles).

this is a large, apartment-style hotel. it has very nice features, very nice staff and is very well located near the seaworld area. breakfast was good and for other meals, there is a very wide choice at nearby seaworld. the hotel is quite close to the shekou ferry terminal and you are not popular with the taxi drivers who have queued for a fare to take you that short distance. i gave a rmb10 tip on top of the rmb10 fare. otherwise, pay rmb2 for the metro.
