Our room was clean and comfortable ,a twin executive that had a washing machine and a kitchenette .The staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful , also close to banks for atm . An easy 10 minute walk to the main shopping precinct and hop on hop off bus . I think any closer to the centre would be quite noisy .

perfect except breakfast”
apartments were exceptional, spacious and clean. location was super excellent. walked east 45 minutes you reached the famous bund. went north 30 minutes you reached amazing nanjing street malls. within 1 kilometer radius of the hotel, you could find street foods, pubs, malls. would have given a five star if the breakfast could be improved instead of giving us the same breakfast menu selections to choose on for three straight days

Everything is good. Room is good, gym room, leisure room is good. Staff were helpful and effecient. The only comment is room is very difficult to book, act fast if you are looking for an apartment!

Good Location, Comfortable Rooms But Pool is disappointing”
The Location is very convenient located near Times square and Huai Hai Central Road. located in between two MRT station But Taxi is way more convenient in Shanghai. The rooms is clean and comfortable with kitchen and laundry facilities The only disappointing part is the pool, its quite run down and smells.

Location: it is located near to Xintiandi, the key shopping belt of Shanghai. There are shops and restaurants located near the hotel. Room: nice and spacious apartment. It comes with a kitchenette and washing machine. Bedroom is comfortable. Staff: staff is professional and helpful. Overall it is a decent stay in an apartment. We had a nice, clean room. When we need extra towels or amenities, house keeping assisted promptly ly. During our stay the shower drain and toilet clogged up. Their maintenance crew assist with the issue promptly. By comparison to Fraser Namba Osaka, service level is still a not there.
