Clean and modern hotel with some weak points”
Hotel really modern and clean. The team is really nice and efficient. The room are quite small. The bathroom light is managed by a movement detector sensor. This is a stupid idea because the light goes off when you're having a shower and it goes on in the night if you move in your bed. There is no meat served for breakfast. Strange choice because there is fish, cheese, milk and eggs. I would totally understand if the breakfast was vegetarian, but why do they exclude only meat?

Super cool view on the harbor”
That's a nice, modern hotel. The view on the harbor is fantastic and the staff is very nice and helpful. Things that could be improved: The elevator is very slow (if working) so be prepared for some waiting time. The shower and bathroom in the rooms are very loud so that you can hear the related activities from the neighbor rooms. It would have been nice if the reception had informed me that breakfast will be extra charged. That would have saved me 22 EUR. Still not sure where the price is coming from ...

Amazing location and nice rooms. Due to the old structure of the building a very low vacuum toilet pump (like in an airplane) is built in which one can hear within the entire building. So, every time someone uses it, we woke up/could not sleep from 7am on.

Nice Hotel Location”
Hotel has good rooms, excellent breakfast and is a nice location directly next to the Elbe. Good views across the river to the docks and wharfs on the other side. One needs to like black though.

Nice view of Hamburg, really chic room”
My friend and I stayed here during the summer. Although as what people said, there's no airconditioning, it's relatively manageable since there is an electric fan provided. However, what we really loved is that it's right in front of the water, so you have a good view of Hamburg. In addition, you can easily ride public transportation using the boats from this area. If you want to also witness the morning markets on Sundays, then this is the perfect hotel to stay in.

Hotel with a good view and location is amazing”
My 2nd time in Hamburg and my friend and I chose this location as it’s near our favorite restaurant (Yin Seafood) and by the water. We got way more than we expected - modern rooms, friendly staff plus a really good location - besides near good seafood restaurants, it’s beside the Hamburger Fishmarkt, which makes it convenient for us to not wake up to early yet still not miss the market. The view at the bar is also amazing. I highly recommend to stay here again. P.S. Some people may not like the fact that this hotel has no aircon in the room but even with Hamburg weather, you may not need it :) and there’s an electric fan available inside the room too.

Für vier Sterne doch etwas rustikale Einrichtung. Personal war aber sehr nett und die Lage ist gut. Bad war nicht ganz so sauber, da einige Flecke vorhanden waren.

Ist nicht so sauber wie gewünscht, Toilette und Dusche erinnern an Campingplatz, Licht unglaublich grell und Zimmer sehr sehr klein. Die Zugänge zu den Zimmern sind allzeit offen, es wird an allen fluchttüren geraucht. Das drückt schon auf die Stimmung …

Alles bestens, bis auf den Krach, den die Wasser- und Abwasserentsorgung verursachen. Bzw. Frage ich mich, ob unsere Nachbarn wirklich mitten in der Nacht fast eine Stunde das Wasser laufen lassen müssen (unter diesen Umständen).

Ungewöhnlich aber außergewöhnlich gut”
Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wurden stilsicher in dieses alte Gebäude integriert. Hier spürt man eine wunderbaren Verbindung zwischen Tradition und Moderne, was den Aufenthalt am Hamburger Hafen nochmals auf wunderbare Art betont. Die Zimmer mit „Meerblick“ sind atemberaubend, wir hatten einen grandiosen Sonnenaufgang über dem Hafen. Im darunter liegenden Elbspeicher haben wir abends vorzüglich gespeist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Der Begrüßung service absolut unfreundliche Dame gewesen Reinigung Personal hatte ständig an der Tür geklopft obwohl Ausschilderung stand keine reinig und nicht stören Beim Abschluss vom Hotel der freundliche Herr an Rezeption super und freundlich zum Gast Empfehlungen Lieber mehr von solche Mitarbeiter dann hat der Gast auch keine Probleme mehr Hotel chef war wohl beschäftigt aber trotz allem an ihm ein lieben Gruß Komme gerne wieder Diese Umstände von gestern sind gehe ich von aus geklärt mit dem Personal

Die Toiletten sehr hellhörig, man hört alles ! Wirklich alles. Die flugzeugähnliche Toilettenspülung laut so das bei einem nächtlichen Gang alle mit wach werden. Personal sehr überlastet. Kein Telefon im zimmer, Rezeption sehr schlecht erreichbar und das nur über eigenes Mobiltelefon. Ich verstehe die gute Bewertung des Hotels überhaupt nicht. Ein 4* Hotel muss deutlich mehr bieten als die gute Lage.
