The hotel is great overall — the room was beautiful, well-organized, and very clean. However, I found the ironing setup to be ineffective. There was only one iron provided per floor, with a fixed ironing board that made it difficult to iron clothes properly. The iron’s power cord was too far from the board, making it hard to reach the edges of the ironing board. The hotel management should consider providing an iron in each room for guests’ convenience. Overall, the hotel is clean, lovely, and well-maintained.
The hotel is very comfortable, just a little bit noisy at times as you can hear voices and motorbikes from outside. The Front Office team is really friendly – especially the Malay lady wearing a hijab, she recommended us some great local food spots, and it was awesome! Another Indian lady was also very helpful when we needed a room change. Not to forget the Housekeeping team, they are all very polite. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. 👍

The hotel location is near the town and have a convenient store nearby. The room was clean. At the lobby have vending machine and laundry service which is good. We arrive almost 11pm during heavy rain. During check in, my kids was vomiting near the counter area. The reception no reaction at all, neither ask the condition, or help to get a tissue or something. I'm not asking, because I already prepare well with everything needed when it happen. But it just a manner or behavior of the staff. He just sit still.

The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was well-maintained. Transport options nearby made getting around a breeze, while the bathroom facilities were comfortable and functional. Bfr I book this hotel I was afraid because price was cheaper than other hotel single bed room. But i do not want miss the deal , so I book . But it far better than my expectation. Room size very spacious , clean and comfortable. very worth it for the price . have no complaints with the facilities. However, the cons is that area very noisy. because the hotel besides the main road . If u need a peaceful hotel or you type of light sleeper very not recommended. Have plenty of parking . Very helpful staff .Overall very satisfied experience and worth it for my money.
