Best place to stay in Nainital all the staff members are very friendly and helpful supportive also. This place is 2-3 km far from naini lake near highcourt but you will reach enjoy your stay here if you are solo couple or with friends not suggested for family stay. Good for groups of girls

the rooms are just ok, 1 km walk for mall road or for naini lake. The room prices 4k were not worth , since it comes under a hostel property. the deluxe room is below average i would say. The good thing is they have a parking space and a dedicated home theater.

Worst hostel experience”
1. Food served is frozen... even parathas they have are frozen. 2. Location is bit hard to reach, away from main road. 3. Property manager Shahbaz was a nightmare, behaving more like a college hostel warden - totally killed the vibe expected from a hostel. Also... there policy have changed - they take bookings for shared dormitory priced higher for groups but when you reach there - you will be forced to stay in separate dormitories but they don't refund the difference in cost of dorms allotted.

On top of hill near lake, helpful staff”
Location is ten minutes uphill from the main road. As a result the location is close but Far enough from the busy noisy city centre. It is a steep climb though but yet close enough to reach the city quite fast. Taxi and motor taxi are available from the bus stop which is about 3 km or 30-40 min walk . Staff were very helpful. But one said that checking out at 6am was not possible. Other staff quickly pointed out this was a mistake. I had some troubles and the staff helped me with solving this and helped even more than I would have expected them to do. Special thanks for Tanuj for his kindness and travel tips and Kailash (?)and others at the reception or busy with other tasks like keeping the place clean and also to those I forgot to mention.

We were a family of 15 members. The hotel was a little tricky to locate. People coming with their vehicles should be cautious as the hotel is located at steep uphill road. There are no sign boards to identify the correct turn. Direct contact number of the hotel is also not shared which makes it even more difficult. The hotel is spacious and has good places to spend time with family and friends. The dorms are well arranged but lack cleanliness. Bathroom in the dorm needs deep cleaning. The biggest disappointment was the food service. Breakfast was acceptable but the dinner was a disaster. Even after two hours of placing the food order it was not delivered. Staff are unapologetic. Perhaps training is required. The product was good but the service needs immediate attention.

i had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights & was not able to check in on the 1st day bcoz had an accident. Hotel located in a isolated place. No hoardings or any signs so that anyone can know the way for the property People after getting drunk are peeing in parking area, some are vomiting in the balcony. Quilt had blood stains & when asked them to change they took around 45 mins just to change a quilt. They are so understaffed that you ask for something you will be getting help in an Hour. Toilets were yellow in the private bathroom & No exhaust in the bathroom. I will not recommend anyone for this property.

I had booked the room for 2 nights but was not able to check in on the 1st day as got into an accident. Hotel is located in some isolated place very difficult to find it. Hotel quilt was so dirty that they even have blood stains & when i asked them to change it they at least took 45 mins just to change a quilt. People there are so drunk that they are peeing in the open parking space. Washrooms are dirty & yellow everywhere. Room was smelling & the walls were dripping water. They are so understaffed that after 6/7 PM you cannot asked them to do anything as they atleast will took 2 hours to solve your problem. They have written free wifi but they can't provide even provide the wifi details for a single mobile as some issue was coming on their system. People have vomited in the premises & staff has not even cleaned it.

We booked private room for 2 days, it is basic facilities in their so- called private suite. It was chilling room with no heater facility and no kettle for hot drinking water. There was no room service available. For every little thing you have to go to reception. Only pro- Property was good and well maintained
