The location of the hotel is magical. The spa is lovely and would highly recommend. Unfortunately the whole hotel including the spa needs renovating as its falling apart. Our room had a rotten window frame, the bathroom was damaged on the floor and bath. The radiator made noises until it was fixed. We were not able to call reception from our room. No room service or tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. There was no dressing gowns, slippers, dental kits, body lotion etc in the room that you would normally find in a 4 star hotel. Two of the lifts were out of order. Both the Continental and the Gran Hotel are lovely designed buildings but are in need of repair works. Also the other historical buildings around the resort are falling apart which is such a shame. I was surprised that a 4 start hotel had been neglected like this. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a skiing weekend. The hotel is nice and located in the thermal area. Direct access to the spa was nice. The room that we got required some update though. In the overall, a good experience.

una experiencia agradable, destacaria la comodidad y confortabilidad de la habitacion, destacando la cama y el baño. es un hotel moderno y para algunos las instalaciones pueden ser un poco frias. reseñar que despues de un exigente dia de esqui la recuperacion en las termas del hotel es fantastica. cuidado mucho cuidado con la carretera en invierno, especialmente si es duro como este,la carretera fue cortada por alud hace 4 dias y hasta dentro de otros 4 no se reabrira al trafico. fuimos evacuados del hotel por la guardia civil dejando nuestra experiencia a la mitad. en fin a pesar de todo un hotel recomendable si no te pilla un alud. saludos
