Amazing place to Stay”
The price is worth it. Thenview is amazing, esp for morning person. The sunrise and sunset are perfect for picture. The room is clean and spacious and nice. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is so so.. but all in all is good place to stay!

Great room with Family Suite”
Very huge family suite. Our kids room were the largest with very nice pool view. There's 2 single bed which can comfortably sleeps 2 small child in one bed if they are not a rough sleepers. King bed in master bedroom with two bathroom with bath tub. Room is pretty clean, check in and out very smoothly. Staff are all very polite and helpful. There's a small minimart that sells various kind of beverages and necessities in case you want to buy snacks and they are open till midnight. Great stay.

Overall good experience ”
Breakfast buffet spread was good. The only negative thing I have to say is that the mattress is uncomfortable, you can literally feel the springs. Since we were there for only 1 night, it was fine with us. Otherwise, it was okay, considering it is quite an old hotel. Oh! The carpark stinked though.

Superb Facilities, Amenities and Worth the Pay”
This is my first time with family and of course, we are happy that we have chosen Grand Paragon for our 1 night stay and plan to come back again with our family for longer night stay. The breakfast was shocking with many varieties of food and the staff around the clock made us feel wanted. Breakfast was nice and I believed others who were there will share their views like me too as smile can be seen from their faces. TQSM Grand Paragon staff for making our stay fruitful.

Very friendly frontier and welcoming even though we came in one big family with different booking platforms. They even managed to put us at the same floor. Kudos to the staffs, the guy with the spec (idk the name) and natasha 👍🏻🫶🏻

Super nice room with clean and comfortable bed. Parking is provided inside the hotel and it is safe. Breakfast got a good large variety and delicious. Able to walk to KSL for movies or hairdressers services.

Hotel is old but refurbished so all is good. Bed n pillows were very comfy but aircon is too cold. Rooms were connecting ones n bigger than expected. 1rm hairdryer not working. Buffet breakfast was good enough. Staff were friendly. Convenient to grab or even walk to KSL. Overall we enjoyed n would likely both again soon... tqtq...

Short distance to KSL. Nearer to midvally then paradim then toppan by Grab. Food can be found just behind the hotel. Night Market is along the street to KSL mall on Mon only. I booked two standard room and was upgraded free to deluxe room as I have two children with me. Thanks for the kind offer.

This is our repeat stay at this hotel. Book a deluxe room, full length glass window, facing Singapore, great sunrise view in the morning. Include a good spread buffet breakfast for your stay at minimal price. Swimming pool on the 11 floor with nice view. Go.. use the free gym at the level 11, with great view from the full length glass window. FREE basement carpark. Downside: do no provide face and hand towels. Only provide bath towels. will not make up room (even request) if stay more than 1 night. in room safe box not working. hair dryer not working

We have stayed here numerous times before the borders closed and after the borders open.. Grand Paragon is one of the hotels near the borders that has maintained their standard, their staff friendly as always. Breakfast spread is also well liked by our children. Keep up the great work!

The hotel room was very nice and spacious. Stayed for 2 nights at a very affordable price. Room was carpeted and very comfy. Toilet was equipped with bathtub which the kids loved. Hotel was also near KSL and Naura House, a seafood joint which i highly recommend. We will definitely come here again!!

Newly refurbished and great location. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to make the stay memorable. Need to single out Kalai, a student chef who ensured our breakfast met the required standard. All in all, a good comfortable stay with friendly staff. Location is close to town and a short drive from the big malls, restaurants and causway

Love the stay there. Clean and quite large room - mudah untuk solat, ruang yang luas. FREE basement carpark. Swimming pool on the 11 floor with nice view.
