Would highly recommend”
Nice boutique hotel with western breakfast.Spacious and beautiful deco room.Staff extremely helpful and the manager could speak english which was really helpful for us to communicate. She went out of her way to help and make us feel comfortable. Drawback:Cab cannot come to the hotel lobby as it is located in Market area with malls,eateries all around.

We had a fabulous stay here in January 2020. The staff were very patient with translation to English and helpful. They even helped us set up our Alipay tourpass and kindly provided some free heat warmers for a night at the ice festival. Room was perfect. Breakfast was a good mix of Chinese and western. We enjoyed it but for those less adventurous still sufficient western components with brewed coffee, tea, toast, cereal and fruit. Our only tip is to get taxi drivers (or even better use Chinese Didi) to put hotel address into their phone map. It’s then an a short walk through the market to the hotel. Not too difficult at all. It is a little far from central street and with the subway not finished until 2022, bus or taxi are best options. We used Chinese didi - just like Uber and links to your normal western accounts.

It's a bit far from down town. The traffic in Harbin is pretty bad no matter what time it is. So a taxi ride can be like more than 10 mins to down town. Otherwise everything was great. Spacious room, breakfast changed everyday, various tv channel, towels were fluffy.

It was little bit strange when we found this hotel. it was under the commercial building. This hotel occupied only 3 floors. However, the design and conditions is good. Very good location, you can find many restaurant, massage and shopping around this area. Recommended!!

Fantastic looking, but lacking some basics”
First things first: The look, the feel, the design, the materials... fantastic! The rooms have that absolute solid and high quality feel to them, no money was saved to make them right. The staff is super nice and helpful. A few things were lacking though, I hope they will improve them to make it a near perfect experience: Coffee — They only could offer instant coffee, no fresh one. Beverages — For dinner, only red wine was available, nothing else. Laundry Service — They said they can wash everything but socks. Why, they couldn't tell me. Breakfast — It was a strange mix between Eastern and Western, not bad, but also not good. From the looks, I expected the place to offer like super-organic health food things, and home-made juices of sorts, but this was my misconception. Some fresher food would be nice though.

This feels like some hostel or badly planned airbnb -- it is a 'hotel' that occupies three floors within a business complex. The elevators require card access and the downstairs clerk is the epitome of dismissive. Rooms are OK, but there is no real service to speak of or other facilities (gym, restaurant, pool, etc). Non-smoking rooms don't exist as this is China.

Fashionable hotel but too far out of town”
Really trendy hotel. Great interiors. Rooms are awesome. Noisy sometimes depending on other guests. Biggest problem is location. Taxis don't know it and even when you arrive it's hard to find. Pity because it's a great place.

Style but lacks substance”
The design of the rooms and common areas is awesome. The young staff are great but it ends there. It's out of town and can be difficult and expensive to get a taxi into the centre and to the Ice Festival. We stayed 4 nights and the sheets were never changed and the room half cleaned with various items not being replaced or changed. The breakfast is OK but simple (no coffee). The entrance is terrible as it occupies 3 floors of a high rise which is part of a mall. There is a bonus in that you are surrounded by eateries, coffee shops and a cinema. Zoo Coffee around the corner for the morning cafeine hit. Overall the rooms are amazing but there are many negatives.

Not convenient, even not easy to get taxi. Taxi driver also took very long to find the lift lobby. ”
Not convenience to be located. If the taxi can't stop at the lift lobby, it would be difficult to carry luggage to walk to. I sent request of one room double bed n one room twin beds. I did not get any reply. At the end, there is no changes can be made. I don't mind pay the difference if they communicate with me.
