I haved book 2 type of room at this hostel. The first 2 days, i booked 2 beds at 4 beds-Dormitory room, share bathroom, i used to take a shower at 8p.m but this time maybe not have warm water, i haved to wait to 10p.m. But if you book private room with private bathroom, the warm water will have always, it's excellent. The staffs were great, helpful and super friendly, i really like them all. To go to centre from this hostel, you should to take a taxi, about 18Y-22Y. The next time visit Harbin, i 'll book at this hostel again. Phòng sạch đẹp, nhân viên và cô chủ xinh đẹp siêu thân thiện. Giá cả so với chất lượng là rất ok nhưng vị trí hơi xa trung tâm nên nếu muốn đi chơi thì phải bắt taxi. Ở ksạn họ cũng cung cấp tour và dịch vụ, mình đã dùng dịch vụ xe đưa đón hai chiều từ Cáp Nhĩ Tân đi làng Tuyết Hương, rất ok, đối điện ksan có cái sthi nhỏ bán đủ các thứ, ngay bên cạnh có hàng trái cây rất tiện, dâu tây vừa rẻ vừa to.

The location of the hostel is very near the Harbin west railway station and a shopping mall. Directly in front there are 2 halal food stalls for muslim travellers like myself. The room i got was clean and the staff were super helpful..most can speak and understand english. Would definitely recommend this place. Value for money and helpful staff members.

The hostel surprisingly is quite clean not like other hostel in China. The hostel is quite big and provide washing machine so you can wash your clothes. The staffs at the bar are very friendly and provide some travel tips around Harbin. I only stay one night there but for sure if I will stay again

Very accommodating staff!”
The warmth and welcome of the staff is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. There are a couple of issues with the hostel such as its location (30mins away from the city proper and there’s no nearby Bank of China where currencies can be exchanged but there’s a mall just a block away for groceries) and how hot the room temperature is. But overall, the friendliness of the staff compensates for all these. The receptionist speaks good English. She also assisted us almost on a daily basis on the touristic itinerary that we want but seems not doable. The staff provides solutions to all the problems that I’ve just mentioned. They booked us cabs using their app and they gave us an electric fan inside our room. Very recommended! Thanks to all of the helpful staff

The rooms have no window to vent the heating, the heater in the hostel was turned on full blast making it too hot to rest comfortably during winter. The room setup - bed, shower room is nice and comfortable though. It has got a nice bar and lounge to relax in for a couple of drinks with friends playing Foosball and PS4, but no non-smoking area making non-smoking travelers feel uncomfortable to hang around in the smoke filled lounge. Location wise, this hostel is out of the way (~10 km) from Harbin happening central street, but this hostel is walking distance away from a nice and trendy shopping mall. You can inquire for travelling info from hostel staff but do not buy admission tickets from them for snow and ice festival tickets as they will sign you up for tour package and may not be well coordinated (we missed our snow and ice tour admission) and buy straight from the ticket counters at the site and get admitted to the snow and ice festival site directly instead.

Worth the money”
We stayed there for 7 nights and the experience was supreb!!! The reception lady was very helpful and friendly. They have everything you will probably need. However the location was quite far from the city center (st.sophia Cathedral) but somehow was easy to get around by bus and metro so this wasn't the problem at all. The smell in the room was a little bad but acceptable. In the nutshell this worths the money and a good place to stay :) Big thank to the reception lady :)

設備,晒衣服的地方只有一個室內架,衣架全數只有數十個。 有次問一個服務員借小刀開梨子,竟然回答我沒有,那麼大個廚房會沒有?我覺得是太懶去拿給我。 沒有了這服務員，這店真的很好。
