Clean and modern with excellent customer service”
We really enjoyed our stay in Harbin. There were a few very nice touches, like being given a plate frozen pears and persimmons on arrival and free coffee all day. The employees at the front desk were extra helpful. When we asked for a recommendation for hot pot, one of them drove us in his own car to a nearby place. I would highly recommend this place, but new couples beware: the bathroom (including toilet area) are completely clear glass. Hope you're comfortable with one another ;)

We truly enjoy our stay in the hotel as the staffs are extremely helpful and room is really neat and comfy. It may be a bit far from the central street but we can take a nice stroll down songhua river.

Room may be slightly smaller for china standard, the location is not really very accessible but it's with lots of potential in future when the street and surrounding behind the hotel is fully developed into tourist attraction. Toilet is poorly designed, door being too close to the toilet bowl. During shower, water will get splashed everywhere. No place or hook to hang your towel or clothes in the toilet as well. Central heating system in room is not warm enough for the Jan weather, recommend to bring thicker PJ. There is only one breakfast menu, which is delicious but can get boring after few days. However, staff are very friendly, location is very peaceful and the hotel building can be consider an heritage itself.

Recommended for a quiet stay”
Good heating in room during winter. Good food around the place. Very Friendly morning staff and helpful night staff. Location is a bit off from main attraction but cheap cab around. Hope the balcony can be opened to guest instead of having locked up. Delicious and healthy morning breakfast.

Pro: ambient environment, welcome drink and small give bag, helpful staff Cons: location hard to find by taxi driver, look through bathroom not user friendly for visitor others than couple, taxi driver recommended by desk staff not professional, he requested we went to airport earlier to avoid traffic jam but once we agreed, we found he went to fetch other customer. We paid for private airport deliver but not car pool.

location is,in the bath installation shops district, you should take a taxi for reaching the hotel, the roads are complicated,and far from the bus stop.the staffs no English spoken.

There are better places to stay for the price”
Avoid at all cost. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that you would be better off somewhere for this price. The water pressure from the shower was lower from that from my pee. Breakfast was horrible. 2 slices of bread, an egg, Bad tasting sausage, salad with mayo? Really? And milk. Limited places to hang clothes in the room. Good thing they provided a washer but Guess what..... NO Dryer. Bicycles were for show. Inn was pretentious. Pros Toiletries were good. Location was ok. Nice decoration. But still I would stay away

老道街中華バロック歴史文化区の一角に位置し、このホテルも正に歴史的建造物。ここの常駐スタッフの女の子が、私のかたこと中国語にも一生懸命にスマホ翻訳機能を使って対応してくれたのが可愛らしかったｗｗ 部屋は狭く、シャワーとトイレがガラス張りで仕切られているだけで丸見えｗｗ 二人で使うのは日本人には無理かも・・ 朝食が７時からのはずが８時位になってしまったのが残念・・ 量も少なく、バイキング朝食に慣れきってしまっている私にとっては物足りなかった。喫茶店のモーニングセットだな・・ありゃｗｗ

ホテルのサービスが充実していました。ウェルカムドリンクや朝食無料サービスなど嬉しいサービスでした。また、氷祭りの時期だったので、車を手配していただきました。氷祭りの会場からは車でも30分以上かかったのですごく助かりましたし、運転手さんの対応も良かったです。また、スタッフの皆さんが親切でした。バス停が遠く、ロケーション的にはイマイチでしたが、落ち着いた雰囲気やスタッフの対応などがとても良く、またハルビンに行った際には泊まりたいと思いました。

2016年に出来たばかりのようで、ロビーもお部屋もきれいなままです。お部屋に入るとベッドの上にバラが1輪おいてあって感激しました。 フロントのスタッフ、お掃除のスタッフの方、ともに感じがよくて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 周辺は古い建物が残っているエリアで、ちょっとした観光地になっているようです。古い建物がお好きな方には、たまらないかと思います。

這趟旅行最滿意的住宿，一進房就看到床上擺著暖貼跟巧克力還附上熱橙汁，真的覺得窩心，像回家一樣。服務人員非常親切和藹，有問題都會耐心回答，都笑臉迎人，讓人格外開心，也可以幫忙訂車到機場，這是非常棒的服務，有位姊姊還幫我們拍了很多美美的照片，覺得很溫暖，服務人員給滿分！地理位置還蠻好的位於老道外，不怕餓著了，出門走一兩分鐘有炸雞燒烤可以供選擇，還可以順道欣賞老道外夜晚的景色，非常宜人。 但如果要去坐公車到景區都是需要先走上10分鐘到公車站牌。 總之非常推薦這間旅店，未來再訪哈爾濱必定還是來這兒住的：）

古い街並みの中にある。コーヒーも出してくれる。裏口から人場にでて、隣の通りに抜けられるが、古い街並みが美しい。いたるところにオブジェもある。 部屋は、入ると中で二階建て。素敵でした。
