Very Enjoyable Family Holiday in Harbin”
The best thing about Kai Rui Hotel is its location, just a short walk to the Zhongyang Dajie (main walking street where great restaurants and shops are). Kai Rui serves very delicious breakfast. Staffs are friendly. The most disappointing is on the weekend when they have more customers, the water supply in shower is disrupted... water became sudden hot and sudden cold and sudden stop.

We went for 3 days but we wanted to extend one more night and they made it easy. when we arrived we have a small problem with the taxi and the women in the frons desk were superhelpful. The room was very good (huge bed) and the location is excellent, just 1 minute from Zhongyang street and 3 minutes from the river. The part less good was the breakfast, few options and all chinese style. For sure I would recommend it to anyone!

初めて利用しました。 レビューを見て選んだのですが、かなりがっかりしました。 朝ごはんは種類は少なく、清潔感もイマイチですね。 温かくなければいけないものは冷たく、冷たくなければいけないオレンジジュースはなぜか温かい。 早朝外出の時にロビーに出たらロビーは真っ暗で、フロントの女性は椅子の上でイビキかいて寝てる始末。これでなぜ高評価なのか理解に苦しみます。 ハルビンに再訪問しても私は利用しません。

밖에서 볼때는 별로라고 생각했는데 들어가니 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 우리나라 부티크 호텔보다 살짝 아래 라고 생각하시면 될것 같아요. 무엇보다 좋은 것은 위치입니다. 중앙대가 바로 뒷 골목에 있고, 송화강 쪽과도 매우 가까워서 어딜가던 편합니다. 조식은 보통 수준이구요! 중식쪽이 더 맛이 나아요. 깔끔한 곳을 원하시면 추천합니다.

Никакого сервиса, багаж приходится тащить до номера самим. Завтраки несъедобные. Персонал говорит на непонятном языке - они считают, что по-английски. При заселении сняли с карточки деньги за проживание и депозит 306м юаней, обещали вернуть при выезде. Выехали 29.04.16, при выезде они попросили карточку, якобы для возврата депозита. Сегодня, 30.04.16, пришло сообщение, что с карточки снят весь остаток денежных средств в размере 1194 юаня. Иными словами, деньги с карточки украдены. Просьба принять меры к данному отелю.
