Hotel Room was not made up the next day”
The Staff at the Front office as well as the Front Desk was helpful. They have unfortunately forget to clean my room on the 1st day after my town visit and return at night the room was not clean. The Restuarant Service Staff was rude , I brought my own bottle of Whisky and also order some beer from the Restuarant , they wanted to charge me 20% of my bill for corkage but waive after we protested , they did not charged. The Chinese Restuarant staff was pleasant.

A good stay with some drawbacks”
There appears to be two hotels inside the manor, but when we booked the hotel, it doesn't really say which one you'll get. I got the low-end one, guess it was meant for the Chinese tourists, and the condition is not that great. Heavy smoking smell at front lobby and even inside my room which is supposedly non-smoking room. Food at the cafeteria is very salty, but might be okay for meat eaters. There's very little choice for someone who doesn't eat meat. Service at the Chinese cafe was very bad, and unfriendly. My son wanted milk, and we're told, go to eat at Western food place. So Chinese may not drink milk.

感觉离机场太远了，行业会议选在此处是个不错的地方，或者想在园林里游玩的客人也可以选择此处，其他性质的客人建议还是选择离市区近一些交通便利的酒店。酒店服务人员态度非常好，很尽责，酒店房间很大，但在清洁卫生方面细节还不够，外环境空气非常好。建议酒店应该考虑客人出行的方便问题。
