Great Choice in Harbin”

It's just in the city centre of Harbin. It takes about 10 mins to the trains station and the Museum stop is just within 10 mins walk.

average hotel”

the hotel if average the gymnasium was locked away and very cold. Equipment was basic. the internet is a failure.

Poorly maintained hotel”

- Room was not very clean, carpet was stained and window dusty - Bathroom had a very bad smell, which was coming inside the room if door was not closed - Swimming pool is not heated in winter and health club is also not very clean - Only 1 lift was working during all my stay

Good location”

the location is good but the room is just ok. the facility is kind of old and you can smell it. overall, the price is find with this kind of quality.

Nice hotel in a lovely city.”

this is my first stay at this hotel and i found it to be very pleasant. the rooms are of a good size, clean and relatively modern with facilities that you would find in the more expensive hotels.i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. some of the information provided in the rooms and relating to the amenities is misleading as the opening times for the sauna etc are incorrect. the pool is good however the change rooms are a little on the dark side and are in need of some cleaning. the gym is very basic. the restaurant is very good and once again the staff are helpful.

this is a nice and confortabòe hotel, the rooms are warm, clean and equipped with all the necessary things you may need. there is also a massage center very good even if a little bit expensive.

emplacement idéal mais service moyen”

L'endroit est tout près de l'endroit où je devrais aller en visite. Il se trouve sur une rue commerciale où on trouve de tout. Mais j'ai rencontré plusieurs petits problèmes: 1) la chambre ne se sentait pas bon, 2) pas de place pour le stationnement temporaire à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, 3) la réceptioniste me dit de ne peut me changer le Renminbi, car ils n'ont pas reçu le taux de change du jour de la banque. Une chance qu'il y a une banque jusqu'à côté de l'hôtel.

Sauna gebruik was er alleen voor mannen. In het restaurant geen personeels leden die in het Engels uitleg kon geven over de menu kaart. Ontbijt goed verzorgd voldoende europees voedsel. Het is hoofdzakelijk een hotel voor zakenlieden. Er kan meer aandacht aan toeristen besteed worden. Het was voor ons wel een aangenaam verblijf.

2泊3日して連日共に床に掃除機がかけられていない。 大量な髪の毛が落ちている、バスタブも毛だらけ。 大きな紙ごみも3日間同じ場所に置かれたまま。 もう2度と泊まらない、不潔極まりない。 トイレも詰まる、シャワーも出ない。 金返せ！！

ホテルの風貌は老舗風で落ち着いている。繁華街に近いので、食事や買い物に便利。ホテルのスタッフは手際よく処理をするが、ハルビンの地図を手に入れる方法を聞いても、ここにはないというだけで、丁寧に教えてくれませんでした。

空港からホテル名をいうだけで、着きます。 駅まで歩いて20分。中央大街まではタクシーで12元くらいでした。 ベッド、固め。冷蔵庫は御約束の鍵かけられています。 ネットは無料で、日本のコンセントでも差せます。(ノートPC) テレビの設定が説明と違い、NHKが見れませんでした。 観光に出るなら、どこにも便利で、リーズナブルです。 お湯もちゃんと出ましたが、シャンプーがありません。 シャンプー、リンスは現地で買うか、持っていかないと、翌朝大変なことになります。 保証金は50%くらい。

国内旅行者出張者向き”

とにかく古い(笑)のと混んでいるのとで二基あるエレベーターの 待ち時間が長くてイライラさせられる。 冷蔵庫は鍵がかかっていて使えず、無線ランもない。 ケーブルは机の引き出しに入っていて、ネットはすぐに出来た。 朝食バイキングも含めて国内旅行者向け。 健康中心のプールの水も汚く、ジムの機械も壊れているものが多い。 マッサージはほとんど素人。 クリーニングに出した靴下はなくされ、20元弁償金を払ってもらった。 市の中心地にあるので車は常に渋滞している。

部屋が狭くバスタブ無し”

朝食付きでは無かったのが残念、朝食は普通ホテルで取るのだから朝食付きにして欲しい。毎回お金を払った（65元）が大変面倒。朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富で美味しかった。バスタブ有りに成っていたが泊った部屋にはバスタブは無かった。シャワーもお湯の調節が難しかった。部屋も狭く4星とは思えなかった。

較失望的酒店”

房間非常古舊, 房間清潔不夠力度, 房中仍留有之前客人的藥盒, 感覺非常差. 上網服務因網絡問題暫停, 對商務客極不方便. 水管的聲音很吵, 根本不能入睡.

다른 여태 중국 시설과 비교하여 만족합니다. 화장실 위생상태는 불량했지만... 다른 숙박업체와 비교하면 훌륭합니다.

추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔”

호텔 내부는 굉장히 낡고, 스태프들의 친절은 찾기 힘들었음 아침은 뷔페식이지만 먹을 만한 음식이 별로없음 서비스를 받는다는 느낌은 없었고 아직 서비스수준이 낮다는 느낌 주변에 관광지가 없어 그런지 외국인이 별로 보이지 않음 영어를 사용하는 스태프는 거의 없는 듯
