Amazing property with great ambience,good food and facilities in house scuba diving was excellent. Staff are very helpful especially Mohit Sharma was a go to person for any queries I had. Variety of breakfast menu, free jetty pick and drop facilities. Candle light dinner facilities available and is done in an excellent way. I would rate it as one of the best resort with great facilities in Havelock Island

This place should definitely be on everyone’s must-see lists, and I pray that tourists keep treating it with care and respect the wild nature around it! The resort is located at the best part of Radhanagar beach, and I have never seen such a beautiful beach before - with the water so clear and the sand so white and soft, perfect for swimmers throughout all day. The view fascinated me: you look right, you look left, and all you can see is the gorgeous beach, magnificent tall trees behind you and azure waves in front of you. And barely any people:) We would spend all day in the water, and then - all the amenities you need are there by just a one minute walk through the jungle. So don’t be scared you’d feel lonely or unsafe here - the other way round, you’ll feel comfortable and looked after all the time. The service is great here! Many thanks to the hospitable manager of the hotel who made our stay special and provided us with a lot of interesting information about the endemic flora and fauna of the Andaman and Nicobar islands, as well as about the local tribes. The wi-fi at the reception is faster than anywhere else on Havelock, I think:) The restaurant serves true delicacies. Breakfast is splendid: though it is not a buffet, you can order anything you like, and it is included. Thanks to Prathima who has always been friendly and recommended us a dish called daab chingri which is prawns in cream sauce in a coconut - a must-try! We appreciated the eco-friendly approach of this resort. Their credo is to coexist organically with the other inhabitants of the forest and to minimise the damage of the civilisation to the wildlife. The tented villa we stayed at was perfectly comfortable and spacious enough for three of us, and we loved the atmosphere! We had plenty of drinking water provided, there was a good AC, a fridge, a safe, a nice kettle with teas and coffees, as well as shampoos, beach towels and mats etc. We didn’t use the mosquito net since we haven’t seen any mos

Munjoh is such a happy place. They helped us out with everything we needed. The core staff is a young and talented bunch from different parts of the country and all of them are vrry passionate about what they do. Which of course made our stay a memorable one. The beach is a very very short walk from the cottages and the sunrise we saw at this beach was sublime. We only had a few meals at munjoh since we wanted to try out other local food hubs. But I think munjoh has a lot to learn from the Full Moon Cafe, where food was simply gorgeous. Munjoh exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location and staff. Initially we wanted to stay at Barefoot, but now I think I would love to go back to Munjoh. Highly highly recommended as one of the best places to stay while on Havelock island.

The resort is magnificently beautiful , with all facilities and humble staff. I have travelled so much in life but hardly found a place like this anywhere. The location is perfect and a very large property with more than 100 rooms all categories inclusive. The resort is on both sides of main road of havelock, govind nagar beach. If you want to book for beach side than go for lagoon categories and even if you don't get it there should not be any worries as other cottages are eqaully beautiful with garden view... You may visit beach any time which is only like 60-70 steps from there.. they can also arrange candle night dinners for you on beach. There is a huge party space on beach with facilities and reclining chairs available. If going havelock don't miss this one...food was very tasty.. I upgraded my stay with the generous staff help. Manager is also very helpful and caring for guests. Very green property.

I travelled alone to havelock island and stayed in the bamboo cottage for 5 days, the location of EG is perfect and overlooks the beach, it is so peaceful and relaxing with the hammock and single deck chair I spent many hours sitting here. The restaurant has great food, the coconut pumpkin curry is the best. I did get bitten a lot by mosquitoes despite the net, the room effectively has an open roof so do expect bugs and some mild noise (mainly animals!) but it's not a huge inconvenience and so worth it for what else the place gives you. The staff are lovely, my bag was lost on the flight and didn't arrive with me to havelock. When the bag arrived at port Blair the staff organised it to get to EG! Very grateful to them and I would definitely stay again

The resort is located in Beach No. 5, a perfect location with the option of a lot of restaurants and attractions around. The hotel itself is nicely decorated, there is absolute privacy between rooms. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, where the food was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and very nice, they helped us with everything needed (exchanging money, booking ferries, airline tickets, etc.). Must praise especially the hotel manager - Ashraf "The king of the Havelock Island" made our stay at the hotel just perfect. It is recommended to take stylish rooms, walk to the beach takes 2 minutes. In conclusion- the perfect place for a perfect vacation :) We we were at the hotel for 19 nights !!

Sea Shell Resort on Havelock Island is a luxurious resort with good amenities and courteous staff. Location of the resort is very close the jetty and is accessible by walk if you have very less luggage or else there are plenty of cabs outside of the jetty and will drop you at the resort for Rs.200. The resort is a lush green property on the beach with coconut trees spread all across. The path to each and every villa or bungalow is through this green stretch. The pool is well maintained with attentive divers on watch right by the pool. There are 2 Jacuzzis near the pool for kids and adults. There is a scuba diving team in the reception area where you can choose from different packages for scuba, island hopping or snorkelling. This team was very experienced and made our scuba diving very comfortable. There is bar, restaurant and a cafe in the property which are very well maintained and offer some delicious food worth for money.

The best hotel and the best beach on the East coast! We’ve explored the East coast all the way from the jetty to the very south of the island, and can ensure you that Silver Sand beach resort totally has the one and only beach perfectly suitable for proper swimming there. The water is clear, so is the sand - the staff carefully looks after it, and even during the low tide it is amazing to swim in the sea and then sunbathe in hammocks or lounge chairs (provided for free). The rooms are luxuriously spacious and tastefully styled, the TV has plenty of Bollywood channels you could enjoy even without understanding a word:) There is a lot of delicious local food in the restaurant, and we are immensely grateful to the hotel manager for arranging an unforgettable birthday dinner for us on the top floor terrace so that we could enjoy the stars. The hotel is located right at the beach and has a very pretty territory around it with coconut trees and cute paved roads. It allows you to enjoy the beautiful nature in civilised, safe and comfortable conditions. We totally loved it! We felt looked after, and we felt like home at the same time. The buses to the jetty or to the market are not that regular, but it is always possible to take a rickshaw or taxi anywhere you like. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay outstanding and stress-free!

This must be the affordable yet best hotel in Havelock.. we booked Non Ac rooms. The rooms were in hut style and good enough. The entire place spacious and with coconut trees and beach at the back.. What else you need. . Food at their Restaurant is also very good.. but bit late in preparating.. need to order earlier itself. . Amazing beach. They have got bike for hire too.. all in one place....

I was a bit apprehensive after booking the Hotel. But it was a right choice. The rooms and bathroom are clean. No insect or cockroaches as I read in reviews. The look of cottages was certainly heart pleasing. On top of that, the beach which is located just next to the Resort. It was raining slightly when I reached Havelock. I was informed that there won't be any boat to Elephant Beach. For 1 hour I enjoyed at the adjacent beach where only we were there, then the sky opened up and we proceeded to Elephant beach. Cons: Resort is slightly away from main area towards Kalapathar Beach. The fooding is costly but acceptable since it is Havelock away from mainland.

I booked resort 4 months before my trip after lot of R&D for location. Beach was just touching the resort and very good location. When I reached at resort, they said they have no rooms here and was providing alternate room in a normal looking hotel. Why should I take a normal hotel instead of resort even if I booked it 4 months ago. Normal hotel I can take anywhere in any city in India. After lot of arguments, they provided me room in same resort from second night onwards. Really bad experience that evening.

Booked Gold Star as interested in individual cottages. But due to off season the management gave Suite room in a hotel opposite to this resort for one night. later night i requested for change to cottages where they gave me a beach view cottage. The veg food is good but do not go for rice in these Islands. Staff are friendly Suit room is awesome, later cottage ion another place called (Gold India) are little small. they have common walls, older bath fittings.

Stayed in a duplex cottage. Staff was very courteous and gave us best deals in Havelock. Cottage is opposite to Hotel and issue is every time you have to cross the road. Cottage is outside the hotel premises. WiFi is from 10 am to 10pm only. Food was decent. This is near sea shell hotel in Havelock. Cottage is very close to beach and is right beside Havelock Resort. Worth the money and Thanks to Agoda for this Hotel

pros: nice and clean room with good furniture inside room. cons: room service poor, kitchen and reception poor infrastructure, breakfast poor, lawn maintenance poor, ac was not working even though i choose deluxe chalet of resort. no guidance of sites info for travellers, no toilet paper in washroom, overall : its single star resort, wont recommend if you expect good room service,its resort without intercom in rooms.
