Shockingly low quality for a 5 start hotel”
Slow check in, room tatty and dirty, bad smell throughout the hotel, complained about the room and was relocated. Internet did not work and had to get engineer. TV remote didn't work. Room service delivered the wrong thing cold, uncover and with no cutlery. Breakfast food of a low quality. Coffee was good though. Very disappointing as used to stay at the hotel when is was a Hilton and it was great then. I was booked in for two nights but left after one. I would not go back.

So Sad”
A big beautiful hotel, but got trashed by a terrible management. Checking time is 1 hour, the facilities are either dirty or closed, the spa staff will make sure to ignore you when ask them a question. It was my favorite hotel. Last week was my last stay, never again.

The worst hotel i have ever visited”
It was a horrible stay for two days in two rooms during my EID vacation. The receptionist Henry was the worst receptionist i have ever met in my life, he didn't help and always telling lies. The hotel AC was always 28-29 degree and the hotel was smelly. I got to know that the chiller was broken and hotel was working on only two chillers. They knew this issue earlier and they agree with my booking without informing me. I was sweating all the day and i used to go out of the hotel the whole day for this case. I asked the receptionist to help but they did nothing. I asked them to call the manager but they said he is on holiday and not able to attend calls during his holidays. No facilities at all in the hotel. The hotel can't be more than two stars ⭐️. I spent two days and my last day the electricity got cut more than 6 times and every time i call the reception they r sending someone with master key and connect it to the room then again after 5 minutes electricity cut. They needed us to leave the hotel asap so that they will stop hearing our complaints. It was a big punishment for us during my stay. I kept a big complain in the reception to send it to the manager. They told me he will call us next day but i knew he won't call. At least the hotel should give free stay but they didn't give after all these issues i have experienced with them. I will never think abt going to any of the millenium hotels because of this bad experience. 👎

One day it might be great...”
The hotel design is magnificent. It is possibly the hotel nearest to the Abu Dahbi Grand Mosque. It is a fair distance between both the airport/formula one track and the main city centre. It is a stunningly well designed hotel and almost everything was perfect. Our reception welcome and check in however left a poor impression. All other interaction with hotel staff was of a high standard. Make sure you take a look in at the huge gallery/museum/shop hidden down to the right side when facing the reception desk. Very easy to miss if you don't know to look for it. Amazing artifacts, art and other Abu Dahbi cultural pieces.

Good location, between all of abu dhabis views. Good to stay with kids, there was kids pool and big park across the street. Pool menu was quite small, and service wasnt fast. Breakfast was great.

Convenient for MWTC Tennis”
We book this Hotel as it is convenient for th t NN is stadium which is only mi utes away. Great rooms al sit looking a little tired these days. We didn’t eat in either if the restaurants as we prefer room service. However, in my opinion the room service charge is too expensive. The already high charge of the meal Plus 10% + 6% + 4% Tourist fee. And, on top of that a 10 dirham tray charge.

A hotel that cant cope when it's busy!”
Whilst the room was very good the hotel was let down by the fact that they could not cope with the volume of visitors. Obtaining drinks from the poolside bar took an eternity due to an obvious shortage of staff but even the staff that were working were ill equipped for the job. The main restauarant was also a disappointment as it clearly does not have sufficient tables to accommodate guests when there is a high occupancy. The buffet served at both evening meal and breakfast was limited and due to the number of guests dining there many items were either unavailable or waiting to be replenished. Not great when dinig with children. Accessing the hotel was also an issue as it seemingly can only be acceseed from one route (the road leaving Abu Dhabi). As we came in from Dubai there was no clear signposting as to the entry point of the hotel. The much reduced Agoda rate (versus Rack Rate)for the hotel meant that this stay was reasonable value for money and I would imagine on quieter periods the hotel delivers a better experience. Not the best Hilton experience by a long way though.

HIltonCapital Grand Perfect for Mubadala Tennis Tournament”
On the the whole, the hotel is very nice. For us, perfect as it is located very close to the Tennis stadium to watch the Mubadala Tennis Tournament. However, in the "Blue Bar" we were served wine in plastic glasses having been informed they did not have any Pinot Grigio which was our first choice.Hard to believe over the Christmas period but this is what we were told. If you want a hotel for convenience, great. If you want a Hotel for dining, forget it. Room Service food was terrible. At least the Nasi Goreng was. Same thing in Victors, food was terrible. We will go back again purely for location.
