Peaceful & Comfortable”
We had a very peaceful, pleasant & comfortable stay here. This is a good hotel as they're taking all the health & hygiene precautions. The staff too are very well trained, in all departments. The rooms are of a decent size with all the modern facilities. The rooms & washrooms are clean with clean linen. We had their breakfast buffet and it was good. They had a wide range of dishes for both veg & non veg and good taste. The staff there too are very helpful & cordial. The location of the hotel is the best part. It's very centrally located with restaurants, markets & malls all nearby. The pricing too is reasonable. Overall a good experience.

This Hilton is one of the smaller ones but its tucked away off the busy road but still close by to all the main areas of Lucknow. The staff are very helpful and polite. The ambience is good as well as the restaurant. Variety of food is available in the breakfast as well as the dinner buffet for the foodies. The view from the room depends on what is allotted to you. I had requested for a good view but got a view of a park with a garbage dump but no worries the other aspects more than made up for this shortfall. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Very nice BF, newly built rooms, very clean, located in VIP area. Transport easily available. Staff was very polite. House keeping guy Himanshu was very polite and helpful. Value for money.

Great location, nice staff”
It was perfect two days of stays as Hilton Garden Inn, rooms were clean and spacious. But, what I liked the most is staff’s behavior, specifically restaurant managers Gaurav and Diksha, they were there to meet all the needs, and make sure we had food that we wanted, kudos to Chef Narayan who prepared on demand dishes... it was lockdown in Lucknow with no where to go, but stay was completely awesome

Service was quite delayed, they sent my luggage in my room too late and i ordered for wine glasses they also sent glasses too late apart from service everything was good and the breakfast was tooo yyyuuummmmm

Stayed from 26-28 Sep. Solo. Location easily accessible. Parking in open, with a board that its at owner's risk. Check in smooth. Room was good, no great view though. Linen etc was good. Breakfast was noce. Services at room and breakfast were of high standards. Especially Ms Aswini at restaurant was polite and caring. Check out was smooth.

Second trip to same property”
The Hilton Garden Inn is well tucked away from the busy roads but still suitably located to be nearby good areas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is good. The only small drawback is the rooms are in need of a proper overhauling soon. I am informed this is due soon so hopefully its done by the next trip.

Everything was fine but they told me that it had free Airport transfer facility in the Agoda site even after booking, which the Hotel authorities not given me and also denied of it when enquired. Otherwise the hotel is fine. So anyone wants to go for this hotel don't get carried away by the banner as free airport transfer in the site of Agoda. In reality they will not do it.

Just an ok experience for a 4 star. Bad checkin experience and nothing for kids”
We have booked the hotel for 2 nights and travelled with kids. Unfortunately our flight was preponed due to some functionality issue and we reached earlier. We had already requested for an early checkin 24hrs earlier through an email to Mr Diwakar which was given to us requesting an early checkin. We have till date not recieved any reply from them. We had to wait for almost 3 hours at the reception unattended. We also paid 50% of the room charge for checkin at 11 am which was 3 hours earlier then there normal checkin time. Hotels might be full at times and that we understand completely however no response inspite of 24 hour advance email, staying unattended at the reception sirring area with 2 kids for 3.5 hrs was a little too much for us. There restaurant and food is extremely nice so is the cleanliness and other hotel staffs, however, seniors at the reception have to learn warm hospitality and better situation handling skills. There was another guest at the reception who had a furious experience and wanted to escalate some delay to their GM. Samad khan from the reception and another restaurant manager(dont remember name) was very helpful. Rooms are smaller in comparison for families but with GOOD amenities. Laundry service is quick. Overall just an ok experience in comparison to the reviews we saw while booking! Nothing for kids entertainment , swimming pool non operational while we had a blast at one of the Taj not far from Lucknow

I received excellent service at front desk from Samad and Pragiya. Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast spread. Do ask for Cold Coffee prepared by Shalini from F&B as it's quite delicious.
