Worth the 5 stars”
Room is clean and new. Modern settings. Staff are friendly. Carpark is well connected to lobby and there's a security check before you can enter. Just take note to take the ticket instead of scanning with your touch and go card. You can validate the ticket with the conceige later when exiting. Location wise it's well connected to KL Sentral, an interchange for train station and there's a nice mall beside it. All connected underground so if it's raining you are shelter all the way. Breakfast spread is good with nice amount of variety. Pool is nice with a slide and opens till late 11pm. My kids love it. Also has a nice warm jacuzzi.

Our 1st Hilton stay and we love it! We stayed during Xmas 2022. The vibes at the hotel was so good staff are friendly. Breakfast spread is good. Live performance by pianist during the day. Room is clean with a nice pool view. Children lives the child friendly pool with slide. You can also get foot massage by the pool. Will visit again!

Went on a honeymoon with my husband and the service and experience was exquisite. Warm welcomes from Mr. Ronald who suggested we could register early. We were allowed to check in early which made it really easy for us to enjoy our first day. Extremely impressed with the room, we had the city view and it was lovely. Delighted with the breakfast at Vasco's with our server (Mr. Affaq) and also having many varieties. Do checkout their in house restaurants, Chambers Grill in particular. Lovely steaks, great wine and really warm crew members (Mr. Adli and Ms. Azzu) who took care of us really well. Will definitely come back again.

Pros: From checkin with Ms. Zana, we got exactly room that we request. Ms. Zana even give us a better view than what we booked. And she explained all the details perfectly to us! Checked out with Ms. Hezren and she explained about balance deposit well and ask us about our stay. Concierge team also superb and friendly and very helpful! Housekeeping attendant that makeup our room on 2nd day stay Mr. MD Alamin clean the room perfectly and very friendly! Whatever that we request from housekeeping team, we always get extra tho we never ask for so many hahaha their MAGIC/Call Centre also very helpful and friendly. I think it's Nana the one that sounds very friendly! Their pool attendant also very helpful amd friendly. Their VASCO manager male im coat that attend us on our last day breakfast 9/12/21 very great and all staffs at VASCO are superb. Food also variety. Their In Room Dining and ala carte are superb! Since we're enjoying it in room and Lounge, it taste so delicious! You guys should try it! Great stay”
Had an excellent time at the hotel. Great breakfast selection. Room was spacious and had an unobstructed view of the city. Large pool with slide. Shopping mall next door with lots of food option. Note that if you drive, parking is not free even for hotel guests. You have to validate your ticket at the concierge everyday before driving off, so can be a hassle if you’re in a rush. But hotel staff was friendly and always had a smile.

Great hotel in prime KL location”
We choose this hotel as our anniversary occasion due to its' strategic location in KL Sentral (walking distance to the KL Sentral - provide varieties of public transport & Nu Sentral for shopping and retail shoplots). The price for a night is quite reasonable inclusive of the breakfast, they do provide multiple packages for travelers to choose (to include dinner & breakfast or exclude both). We spent some great time for our we time during our stay. The facilities such as spa & swimming pool are great! Swimming pool is sharing with Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur and it's surrounded by few skyscrapers so it's shady in the morning time. Bathroom cleanliness is good, just like what is promoted in their photo. Great value of money. For those travelers with car, they do have special rates for hotel guests, do verify at their counter to get the flat rate charges.

Stayed for 3 nights as a wedding anniversary celebration. Location : Very convenient, with close proximity to all the public transportation (KLIA Express, LRT, MRT, KTM, taxis, e-hailing, buses) and right next to NU Sentral mall Food : Breakfast was nice although the menu was repetitive, loved the fact that they're attentive & served options of teh tarik/nescafe tarik etc. However the chefs/waiters should know what they're actually serving for some of the food were not labelled. Cleanliness : Top notch. Room service : Excellent, delivered my requests straight away, although our in-room mini bar was not complete when we checked in, probably not re-filled from the previous patrons stay. Special anniversary request : The chocolate cake was delicious and the decorations were simple yet satisfactory. Miscellaneous : The deposit was RM200/night. Overall, we enjoyed our short staycation.

Everything is perfect. Staff is nice. Great location and facilities. And if you want to walk to museum negara or Perdana Botanical Garden, you can totally do it. You may just need to pay a little amount of entrance fee and walk trough the MRT station.

Luxurious comfort”
Had a lovely stay here at Hilton KL. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I feel a little bad now because I can't remember the name of the front office employee who checked me in. He was super helpful in answering all my questions - I took up a fair bit of his time but he was patient with me. Thank you! The room was luxurious and the bed was super comfy. Gym is well equipped - used it two days in a row (remember to make bookings in advance) and the buffet breakfast was delicious as well. During my stay, I had the opportunity to dine at Iketeru and Chamber's Grill - both deserve 5 stars for their food and service. Will definitely visit again to try other items on the menu. Overall, Hilton KL is a really good choice if you're looking for a staycation in the city.

It was a series of events for my guest, i.e. last minute booking, flight delayed, weather & traffic getting to the hotel, BUT Hilton Kuala Lumpur gave first class attention and service that my guests felt like all the worries went away the moment they stepped into the hotel. Lives up to its name”
First day checking in was smooth despite the gazillions of people (weekend) and that locals are cooped up in the same state. Guests were directed to a waiting area - cafes etc. I would say they managed the situation well. I believe staff from top to bottom came out to help manage the crowd and did what they can to ensure everyone gets their room within the same hour. Which they did on that day. Room was clean and of course maintained as expected. Staff were attentive and acted swiftly.Maybe my experience is different from others - as I could see there were guests that complained about delayed housekeeping etc I mean there are thousands of guests and only several teams handling so many aspects of hotel managing. Put yourselves in their shoes. Again, this is my experience and it was a great stay for what I have paid for. To all the staff at Hilton KL, keep up the good work. Thank you.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Hilton KL. The room was spacious and clean, and came with a bathtub. Hotel staffs were helpful. The breakfast was great. We also paid a visit to Chamber's Grill/ Aviary Bar just right beside the lobby. The food and drinks were awesome. Cons: 1) Make sure you bring some cash if you would like to drink at the pool bar cuz you don't get to charge to your room. 2) I like the breakfast but I never wanted to eat the same things everyday T_T 3) Long queue and waiting time at the reception for check-in/check-out.

Best 5 star hotel with affordable price”
Where in KL can you find a 5 star hotel where all rooms come with bathtub, with the price of RM250+? Value for every cents you pay for one night. It's clean, well maintained facilities, friendly staff, cozy bed. The best part is the bathroom, beautiful design and spacious layout, and the water pressure is very strong, like you are doing spa when showering! Water temperature also very stable and easy to control. It is just next to KL sentral, a convenient location, so basically u can get to many places, including airport, just by public transport.

Extremely clean and good service”
Everything was fantastic however the baby cot is very old and felt like it was from the last couple of decade with hard and lumpy mattress. My 9 month old had to sleep with us on the bed instead. The room was extremely clean, and I'd know because baby and I crawled around everywhere and explored every nook and cranny, including spaces under the sofa and furniture.
