This was my first time staying here. Although the resort is quite old, I genuinely believe it has a lot of potential. The beach is stunning — peaceful, clean, and not crowded at all, which I really appreciated. I usually stay in Balok, but it’s gotten quite busy these days. If you’re someone who enjoys a quiet and relaxing beach experience, this place is worth considering. The room itself is spacious. Both the living area and bedroom can comfortably fit more than five adults. The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities for simple cooking, although some of the cookware is quite worn out. One of the pans was rusted and should be removed from the cabinet. However, the property may not be ideal for elderly guests or those using a wheelchair, as there are stairs immediately after exiting the elevator, which makes access challenging. Cleanliness could also use some improvement — particularly for those who are particular about hygiene. The shower curtain, for example, was dirty and had mold. One more thing — the reception area could really use a makeover. It gives off more of a budget motel vibe and doesn’t reflect the true potential of the resort. A bit of updating could make a big difference in first impressions. Overall, despite some areas that need improvement, I still enjoyed my stay and believe this place could be great with a few enhancements.
