Exploring Berlin”
We saw reviews that the breakfast can easily finish if you arrive late, so my husband and I woke up early to eat properly and went back to our room. Just a couple of travelers aside from us eating @7AM. When we went down @9am , the hall is overwhelming with guest. I hope they still have place to eat and have food left for them . We read another comment about the air-con not working (Feb 2019), I guess the air-con cannot beat the coldness outside that is why it feels like it's not working. You can always slightly open the window to let the cold in :)

A great base for a city break”
This hotel was perfect for us. I travelled with my two daughters and we shared a large corner room which gave us great views. The hotel was spotless, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is well located, a short walk from Alexanderplatz and Nikolaiviertel. I would definitely return.

The hotel is located next to a subway station and in foot-distance from the most sightseeing spots (if you like walking). Very friendly staff, very helpful and great breakfast/bar. We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin!

Quiet and comfortable!”
Although It’s close to Klosterstrasse U2 station, it’s quiet at night. The receptionists are friendly. The very important thing is that they even have a weight scale for luggage so that we might not get overweight if we take budget air. Highly recommend to stay here!

The staffs are super helpful! Location is within walking distance to alexander platz subway. Near the river - nice walk around the riverside. Many option of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

3nights without aircon”
Stayed for 3nights without aircon. Receptionist wasnt helpful when told abt aircon not working. Called the second time and they sent their tchnician over. Unfortunately, his reply was,"Sorry ma'am theres nothing i can do about it,maybe you should keep adjusting the switch." 😳🤦🏻♀️ Promised to change room but nothing was done.Waiting for the manager to reply to me. Rooms are clean.Location is good. Nearby supermarket, and 10min walked to shopping malls and Primark.

Overcrowded and Not Worth it”
The hotel has way more guests than it can handle. There is no way to find a table on breakfast. Many times we had to eat standing. My biggest issue with them is that when we arrived they didn't have the room we requested, and they gave us another room that was not comfortable at all. We had to wait until the next day to repack, move, and unpack our stuff. This is 1 day lost. The hotel is new and the location is across the street from a metro station (U2 line), but the bed was very rigid and uncomfortable. We stayed for 4 days, and were not very happy because of what happened on arrival. I don't know whose fault it is. The hotel blames Agoda, Agoda blames the hotel. I am not sure about that, but the only thing I'm sure about is that I will no longer book through Agoda, and will never stay at this hotel. PS: When you book through Agoda, pay attention to the hidden fees. When comparing websites, make sure to account for city tax which is not included in Agoda price. You have to pay it.

El hotel es tranquilo, con una estación de metro super cerca, lo más destacable definitivamente es el personal del hotel q es super amable y servicial. Lo mejor q hay! El hotel necesita con urgencia un cambio de alfombras en las habitaciones , porque están horribles. El desayuno muy bueno, el hotel limpio y agradable.
