I had stay there 2 nights the week before christmas! Staff who worked in the morning was super friendly and helpful! I think he is the duty manager ! This place set the tone for what to expect from hotels in Germany. It wasn't a bad stay. I don't find the people in the area that friendly. They stare but act as if the travelers are a bother. The hotel staff is welcoming though. It's a hotel. It's pretty comfortable and clean. It's not far from eateries.

Room was spacious and clean. Location is not in the city centre but close to Ledermuseum station where there are a few S lines to go to the city and airport without any need to transfer. Supermarket is just next to the hotel. A lot of shop, restaurants are in surrounding area.

Un hotel completamente nuevo, habitaciones muy amplias y con máximo confort, personal muy agradable. Queda un poco lejos del centro a 15min en tren, la estación está casi en la puerta pero la tarifa de turismo de Frankfurtcard no entra ya que es otra zona. Desayuno bien.

Wir waren in Frankfurt im Konzert und ich habe ein Hotel gesucht, welches man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Nacht gut erreichen könnte. Das Hotel dafür praktisch. Die Angestellten waren freundlich. Nur der Frühstücksraum war für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste zu klein: Oder es müsste viel mehr Personal angestellt sein. Es war ungemütlich und an den Tischen zu wenig freie Plätze.

Für eine Nacht top! Denke für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das Zimmer doch etwas beengt. Aber alles neu & modern, mit allem was man benötigt! Parkmöglichkeit etwas teuer, aber vorhanden! Plus beim Frühstück: automatische Pancakemaschine! Minus beim Frühstück: das aufgeschnittene Gemüse sah leider aus, als lag es schon ein ganzes Weilchen rum. Alles in allem kann man da durchaus mal ne Nacht verbringen!

Otel iyi ama odada teliklerin bulunmayışı bizi şakına döndürdü. Türkiye'de tüm otellerde odalarda misafirler için bulundurulan terlikler maalesef burada yoktu. Otel görevlilerinden terlik istediğimizde ise otelin hiçbir odasında terlik bulundurulmadığını, istersek mağazadan gidip alabileceğimiz cevabını verdi. Diğer hususlar genel olarak iyiydi.
