Would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for clean, spacious rooms and excellent hospitality service. The price is at the middle to higher range but it's all worth it. We originally booked the King Standard Midfloor but got upgraded to a Suite room because it was my son's birthday at the time of check-in. We truly appreciate all the staff from the frontdesk (special mention to Ms. REJANE BAUTISTA), who made this holiday vacation a memorable one. Good breakfast options --my wife and kids loved their waffles, sausages,... kudos to all the staff, they were always very polite and very accomodating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very thoughtful concierge/marketing team - Thanks for the complimentary fruits and cake for my son... it made everything special because we didn't know where to buy one after a busy and tiring day.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Btw, just one local bus ride (bus#123) going to Sentosa (Universal Studios and Sea Aquarium.

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Atrium Singapore for our short stopover of 3 days before continuing our journey. We also tried thei lunch buffet which I think worth the money you pay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are small. So for a Family of 4, space was challenging. But other than that, frontdesk was very helpful and proactive. They know right away what we need to ensure we are accommodated properly.

We had heard mixed reviews before travelling but were mightily impressed with the HI Atrium. With Havelock MRT (underground Tube/Metro) Station now fully opened, opposite the hotel (1 minute walk), location is perfect to access the whole of the city. Travelling with a 10 year old, we found that most hotels charge extra to have an additional bed in the room; the HI Atrium did not. Also, kids eat for free at breakfast, which was excellent every morning: lots of choice and great to try international foodstuffs, with Western items available for the less adventurous. Our booking included breakfast, so good value too. We ate at the bar upon arrival. It’s expensive…a short walk away is a very good hawker food area which looked excellent and much cheaper. Staff were excellent; very helpful and courteous. Concierge was great too, helping with directions, taxis and baggage…all served up with plenty of smiles and chat. Our floor (17th) did have a slight musty smell (air conditioning I suspect) and the bathroom in the room was a little tired but these were very minor issues to what was a really enjoyable short stay. We would definitely recommend the HI Atrium and would stay again.

If you are not driving in singapore, this hotel is accessible via public transport, especially that its close to the Havelock MRT which is just next to the hotel. The newly launched TEC line goes directly to Gardens by the Bay too. Also, there’s 7-11 at the opposite hotel. (Furama). Hotel staff were very nice and friendly, rooms are spacious and has bath tub. Would definitely stay again next time!

Great hotel but location is not good if you’ll be comuting”
The hotel itself as well as the employees are excellent! Facilities are perfect! It’s very cozy + luxurious in a way. However, when it comes to location it’s not quite accessible if you plan on taking the train since the station nearby is still not operating (train line is still under construction). I had to walk 16 minutes (around 2-3km) going to the nearest station. If you know how to navigate bus routes then you may opt for this hotel since there’s alot of nearby bus stations+ if you plan to ride taxis/grab, this can be an option too since the area is mainly for cars/buses. If you’re on a budget, I won’t recommend it. You don’t have an option but to either walk to the station, get on a bus or book a taxi.
