Good location, spacious, nice lake view (if lucky)”
We booked this hotel on the assumption that the room had a "lake-view". When we first arrived, we were put in a rooom on the 4th floor without elevator. Though the room itself was nice and clean enough, but the windows were just open to discover another building's back side. The hot water was doomed. We were very much disappointed, so we tried to plead them if they could move us to the one with a lake view as we saw on the pictures provided to Agoda. Unfortunately, they could not move us on that day as we're told that the room were all occupied, but promised to shift us to the lake view the next morning. They kept thier promise! We were given a "lake view" room the next morning, and really enjoy the beautiful scenery . Had they removed the vertical rods on thier windows it would have been even excellent. Somehow after several requests, we finally got hot water to enjoy, though not very constant. The electric heater was avialable upon request with a extra charge of 150 Rps./night. There was no private car park available in this hotel, but managed to park at the serviced parking at cheap price in a 10 minutes walking-distance. The breakfast was not included but merely edible at a moderate price (only vegetarian food availble). WiFi was only available at a small lobby(sometimes out-of-service). Moreover, do not rely on the 3G or 4G either, because they came on and off all the time( I used Idea network and my friend used AirTel--mine was a bit better in terms of signal availability and strength). In summary, if the hotel decides to be generous in minor things such as a free heater, constantly powered on boiler, and in-room WiFi service, it would be a much better place to stay given that you also get the "lake view".
